All right!!!! Today was a happy day for islandmagic!!! IT was legs and shoulder today because I skip on sunday!!!! MRjack3d is going well for me, I up the dose to 2 scoops and that seems to be good for now but I need some feed back from folks who been using MrJack3d because I am wounder after a while do you get use to the affects of jack? Becuse the first time I took it i was taking 1 scoop, I was like wow bam slam then it took 1.5 scoops and now i up 2 scoops I did take 2.5 once that was to much, but now I know can take 2.5 and be allright!! so any feed back will be great! to the work out
