Yah here if a rep likes a competitive product he says so... don't know about bb.com I tire of that place so quickly...
 
In fairness to bb sometimes the articles on there have decent info. As far as the forums go they are usually weak. Don't even try asking about anything slightly iffy (even eca stacks) the info is bad and everyone goes into a semi panic mode.
 
Actually it depends on what you want from a preworkout product. Some like jack3d and MR1 are more stim oriented while others are more pump oriented. I personally prefer a pump oriented preworkout product. For me NoXplode or SuperPump 250 work well if not used to often. GPLC works well and has a cumulative effect but it's expensive. I have recently ordered Assult by MP. It seems to get good reviews. I have not tried Mesomorph. They seem to be messing around with the formula a lot so I will wait until they land. I have used RagNorok in the past and it's pretty good. Ultima is a great non-stim product if you workout late and still want to sleep.

Taste is also a big factor for me. I won't use a product if I have to choke it down. JP8 is a great preworkout product if you can handle the taste.
 
the main ingredient in jack3d is DMAA, besides the caffeine. RX-6 has that, plus caffeine, plus all kinds of other bull and if what your looking for is energy u got at least 2-3x more energy in one cap of rx-6 than you do with 3 scoops jack3d

1 OEP had more stim for me than 2 RX6, RX6 is one of the better products we can get in Canada across the counter though. Definitely a stim but nothing like Jack3d or OEP... It will do in a pinch though...
 
Seriously I like jack3d. Always go back to it.
1 scoop and I add to it b.a and I feel perfect !
2 scoops and I freak out a little and actually do worse in training.


There's soooooooo many products out there now though it can get a little crazy. The biggest problem I see is people adding more and
More stims. 300mg of caffeine is a bit much , even for me. I want to be awake not shaking and coming down with adult onset ADHD.

I really want to try meso though.

only reason i go to bb. is to catch up on the latest drama and get a good laugh.

Jack3d is good, but iirc Jack3d was the first to use the 1,3 Dimethly in a PWO and alot of companies like 1MR, N2KTS, Flashover are leveraging the Jack3d success and developed similar products. They have similar stim type backbones but are slightly different in formulation and I think what it boils down to is personal preference.
 
jack3d isn't too bad, definitely for the price i'd say. almost done it now, didn't think it was consistent enough in maximizing my workouts day in and day out, but again not too bad. talked to some people and although i'm not too prone to stims and such it did make me very itchy and wirey at the beginning of each use.
 
jack3d stim wise is still the best for me.....im trying to ween off 1,3 dimeth, but when you take breaks, damn is it good that first week back
 
its the original, and hasnt been beat imo......im a mtl guy too man! jack3d wasnt alowd in quebec sometimes too lol.....we have the ****tiest laws regarding supps....alcar,gplc, cmon man.......no xplode n superpump is all you see wherever you go....its sad

Hey you can get jack3d in GNC now ... really.. it's expensiive though. Would do in a pinch though...
