Well it's time for a change. I have been on NoShotgun for the last 6 months and it worked great for me. I have been taking 2 1/2 to 3 scoops of Shotgun pre workout but it just stopped working for me as far as pumps and focus go. So after reading all the posts on pre workouts I decided to give Jack a go. So my question is how many scoops of Jack will = 2 1/2 scoops of Shotgun.
Here is what I take currently Pre, Intra, Post..
(Pre)2 1/2 to 3 scoops shotgun. I also add some glutamine.
(Intra) 1 scoop of sizeon with some BCAAs added in
(Post) some BCAAs and ECAs with Glutamine.
I am 5'7 and currently 198 @ 12% BF
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
