It's TRENbelievable! 1ifeblood's tren cycle

Hey puccah8808 you need to post something so everyone can see your pretty face on that new avi you're using. :-D

Haha! I'm here!!!! Thank you! Sorry, I got busy throwing some weights! :D

Okay okay...enough playing around, I actually have a serious question. I've been thinking about how tren lowers (kills) T3 levels which plays a big role in metabolic rate. While on tren it's not a big deal because of its partitioning abilities. But what about in PCT when I'm off tren and my T levels are tanked? I don't want to drop calories because I need to fight through PCT with as much lbm as I can. So does this mean I'm going to put on a lot of fat in PCT while T3 levels come back up? Or is there a way to compensate for this?

You'll be ok. T3 and prolactin have that inverse relationship. You've kept p in check. Your t3 won't be too low. It only takes a week or so to bounce back from the lowered t3 anyways.

Guess I'll have to read up on the T3/prolactin relationship.

Great session! You're looking really good! :D

Lunch today (one of them anyway) consists of 1C cottage cheese, a little more than a cup of sweet potatoes, and 7oz of a pathetically dried out breast of chicken (got a customer so it sat in the oven a little too long). But damn I'm starving so it tastes grrrrREAT!

Going to have to google kneeling leg curls.. never really seen those before. Sounds very awkward.

Nice family time for you this weekend. How did the dance competition go? and happy birthday to the little ones.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe he's holding onto a joystick or something for support?

Buddy, you need to start packing meals for when these things happen. You're on cycle, give your body the best nutrients you can.
No excuses.

Also, I think you should swap out one of those leg curl variations for SLDL // RDL. You'll make better gains.. A strong posterior chain makes for a stronger athlete/ bigger bodybuilder.

Thanks bro, we had a good time for sure! The kneeling leg curls were something I just tried today. I got a great squeeze with full resistance that really drove blood into my upper hams and glutes. Going from this, to the seated leg curls, put more emphasis on starting the concentric movement from fully stretched hamstrings, and finally the blow out set of lying leg curls just blew them the fûck up! :-)

I've worked SLDLs into my workouts before. It really blows up my lower back though. Even when I'm concentrating on stretching the hams and pulling from there instead of my back, the pumps are debilitating. Any ideas on what I can do differently to eliminate this? Or at least lessen the impact on my back?

Dumbbells and bend your knees slightly.

I finally was able to do some sldl on Friday... felt great to do them again. No pain till 3-4 set.. but was going really light. This week will try a little heavier and just keep progressing.

- I will try the db variation myself

Try RDL's instead. They're less low back and more ham / glute / hip.

Slight bend in knees, push your hips way way back.
stop when back is parallel to floor

I actually found it on YouTube and was thinking those would probably work better. Gonna give them a try!

^^ this
my choice of form as well

Honestly I won't do SLDL any more. RDL's are just so much better from a hypertrophy standpoint.

Thx Ace... this would probably help me with these as well

No problem bud. I'm going to hit them pretty heavy today I'll try to get a video up in my log.

I'll try to get a video today up in my log for you to check out the technique.

Thanks bro. Time really flies.

You look way too big for that slide lol

Bench Press 235x4 PR! (Just wanted to throw that out there.) :-D

I could've gotten 235x5 if I hadn't done 225x5 the previous set. But all in all, today was a fantastic chest day!

Awesome work 1ifeblood, and your pics are showing some great progress.

It's crazy how the years just roll by anymore. I remember how long a year seemed to be when I was a kid, now it's just a fûcking blink of an eye.
Happy bday to the little one! It feels like my boys were just born and there 2nd bdays are the 28th and 29th of June, time does fly

Today my baby girl turns 1. Here she is enjoying her first bday party. Good times were had by all! :-)
