Hey puccah8808 you need to post something so everyone can see your pretty face on that new avi you're using. :-D
Haha! I'm here!!!! Thank you! Sorry, I got busy throwing some weights!![]()
Okay okay...enough playing around, I actually have a serious question. I've been thinking about how tren lowers (kills) T3 levels which plays a big role in metabolic rate. While on tren it's not a big deal because of its partitioning abilities. But what about in PCT when I'm off tren and my T levels are tanked? I don't want to drop calories because I need to fight through PCT with as much lbm as I can. So does this mean I'm going to put on a lot of fat in PCT while T3 levels come back up? Or is there a way to compensate for this?
You'll be ok. T3 and prolactin have that inverse relationship. You've kept p in check. Your t3 won't be too low. It only takes a week or so to bounce back from the lowered t3 anyways.
Guess I'll have to read up on the T3/prolactin relationship.
da fuk???I'm bad - I like to suck things. In Kleens log he touched on his a bit. It popped. Wanna take a look?

Nice family time for you this weekend. How did the dance competition go? and happy birthday to the little ones.
Buddy, you need to start packing meals for when these things happen. You're on cycle, give your body the best nutrients you can.
No excuses.
Also, I think you should swap out one of those leg curl variations for SLDL // RDL. You'll make better gains.. A strong posterior chain makes for a stronger athlete/ bigger bodybuilder.
I've worked SLDLs into my workouts before. It really blows up my lower back though. Even when I'm concentrating on stretching the hams and pulling from there instead of my back, the pumps are debilitating. Any ideas on what I can do differently to eliminate this? Or at least lessen the impact on my back?
Dumbbells and bend your knees slightly.
Try RDL's instead. They're less low back and more ham / glute / hip.
Slight bend in knees, push your hips way way back.
stop when back is parallel to floor
This weekend we went out of town for my daughters' dance competition, which meant diet went totally to shît. And yesterday was the birthday party for my 1 year old and 6 year old daughters, so again, diet went to shît. Good thing today was leg day so I could put all those carbs to use...and boy did I!
