Still rockin', need to order some more PowerFULL.. Very nice stack going on.. I do plan to post before/after pics once I get enough time to actually take them..
I had a before pic around, I'll just give an idea of how I look now at 204.. Still rollin' along on AP and Cissus..![]()
Confident smile you display! Is that blue Steel(zoolander)?
Impressive..
BPF, what's your diet? I'm curious because I have similar goals as far as yourself.
I get in about 3500-3800kcals daily in 5-6 meals.. The bulk of my calories are from protein sources, namely omega 3 eggs and poultry.. I've added 3 shakes on top of the whole food, so we're talkin' maybe 8-9 meals a day counting the shakes (40g Sustain)..
My carbs are primarily from cauliflower, brocolli, brown rice, sweet potato, waxy maize starch, oats and cream of wheat.. :food:
I am having some light back issues and was talking to a good friend of mine Jon Doyle at Invalid Link Removed who is also a world class exercise specialist.
As bodybuilders we either push (press) and pull (row), We need to add in rotational exercises. I have incorporated his concepts and I feel 10 years younder and super mobile!!!
I'm gonna email this guy and ask him about that. I'm squatting and deadlifting alot since I'm bulking, and have had a low back issue where I get tight on the left side and a nerve gets caught up occassionaly. As soon as I free the muscles around it, it pops right back out and I feel perfectly normal. I need to get a flexibility routine to keep everything, especially my hips, loose.
Well, I'm all out, so here's my opinion on this stack(sort-of):
1. AP kept my blood sugar at an all-time low, I need to order more and use this year-round instead of R-ala
2. My knees and shoulders feel just fine, thanks to 6 Super Cissus daily..
3. PowerFULL gave me the best sleep, and the pumps were like using an NO booster.. Ordering more of that, too!
If I didn't have so much going on, before&after shots would be done..
Thank you again USP and keep those products coming!
