I noticed you added a AI to your cycle a while back to help with bloat which did help. Do you think it will limit your final gains at all? This post seems to indicate without the bloat you do not get the gains:

i take it when needed at a very lose dose. i haven't taken any in about 5 days now so i may not need it anymore, hopefully. but i didn't notice any strength decreases from adex on this cycle. however, i did notice some decreases last cycle when i used letro.

weight : 279lbs
neck: 19.5"
chest: 51"
arms: 20 1/4"
waist : 41 3/8"
thighs: 25 1/2"
calves: 16 7/8"

hmmm, although i've gained 11lbs and lost 5/8" on my waist, i'm really not that pleased. i was expecting to have lost more on my waist by now. in any case, i'm leaning out in other places. i can actually see veins in my bi's, tri's, chest, and shoulders, couldn't before. so, i guess that's a good thing. i'll continue on as planned.

Its funny you mention that, lately I've been looking in the mirror and I feel like a genetically altered piece of meat, feels great to be a swollen chicken. Never thought I'd be admiting that!!

Weight : 280lbs

Chest and tri's. All lifts are up, got 345 for 9 on flat bench. 45's for 10 on the dumbbell behind the head thingy. Rest of the workout went great, did some light cardio afterwards for the hell of it for 30 minutes.
 
Riddle me this

how do you lose 6lbs in 2 days? ****, i dunno.

Despite the 6lbs sudden weight loss, leg/bi workout was excellent. Box squats up 20lbs, got 335 for 6 for 2 sets. Jumping up another 20lbs next week, starting to like these things. Leg press, 810 for 12. Worked bi's a little different today, EZ bar curls didn't feel right so I can't judge strength off that, the rest of it went up though. Even threw in some dumbbell preacher curls on the standing contraption on the opposite side of the normal preacher curls. Basically, the weight is hanging straight down and you're kinda hunched over the preacher curl rack. If ya haven't tried it, it's definately worthwhile, one of my old time favs. Makes it a lot harder and takes all pressure off joints, so it's just bi's pulling.

Now, the 6lbs weightloss. The only thing that comes to mind is I bumped green tea to around 3grams per day. And I quit consuming carbs after breakfast and replaced it with about 25grams of fat throughout the day, boiled eggs and peanut butter to be exact (no, not together sickos). :hammer:

goddamn bro, dem guns are getting up there. where you at the calf department? any good increases so far? my legs are the only measurements i really give a **** about anymore. they're so far behind, it's pathetic. :sad:

The last time I checked, calves were around 16.5". I think they're bigger now though. Legs are starting to show a little size. Vascularity is good. I need to take a measurement this weekend. Me needs to get my get-away sticks bigger. :sad:
 
Heh, I'll trade you some leg and calf size for some shoulder size, my legs are ~32" right now... I can see all the heads of the quads too :D Calfs are about 19.5, don't know why, never work the fucking things :lol: My poor shoulders just can't keep up.

i wish it were as easy as swapping out bodyparts for better upgrades. my upper body has always been stronger, i dunno. hell, i didn't even start training shoulders til about a year or so ago. was benching 320 as a junior in high school, squatting about 225. good ****, eh? :frustrate

Well, at least it's holding there. The weight isn't really an issue, I just don't like to see it fluctuate so much, freaks me out.
Anywho, shoulders/back today. Had to do a totally different workout, too many midget teenie boppers in the gym today, so I can't really judge strength too well. Felt good though. Endurance is up big time, moving faster than ever through the sets with minimal break. Mirror says I'm leaning out some more which is always a good thing. Still hitting cardio 6X a week at 45 minutes each morning. Diet hasn't changed since the last change I indicated. Onward........ :drunk:
 
I ment to ask (and I may have missed it), but are you using any "fat burners": Clen, ECA, Trimax or T3?

Looks like my body has finally caught on to less cals = less weight. :thumbsup:

Chest/tris were today. Went decent, nothing great. Flat bench is down 2 reps, got 345 for 7. Feels like it's time to change it up so I'll be devising a new routine before next chest day comes around. Same goes for tri's. I'm taking less than 1 minutes breaks now, so that takes a toll on my endurance after a while. Onward..... :run:

abombs @ 150/day for the first 33 days w/ humulin-r 20iu/day, test e at 900mg/week for 12 weeks then tren a 100mg ed after I finish the drol. Contemplating hitting the humulin-r back up after a couple of week break when I'm on the tren.

No I don't mess around :D
 
ex ... have you run tren at that high a dose before? 100mg ed is pretty high i know you're obviously a big boy, but i really believe you could get the same excellent results from 75ed or even 100mg eod GASP!!

i think people overdose tren too often ... obviously not a flame i hvae lots of respect for you ... just asking

I did 500mg/week of tren enanthate my last cycle, which is equivalent to between 65 and 70mg of tren acetate a day, or thereabouts. There is still the question of whether it was underdosed or not (it seemed to be to me) though I also find that in general I require extremely large doses of all the medications I take (sometimes on the order of 4x the normal dosage) to achieve theraputic effect. The night sweats were annoying, and I did get mild insomnia which was easily dealt with by popping an ambien or two as needed. I got a really good deal on this batch of tren (60ml @ 100mg/ml for $150) so I figured I'd give it a whirl at 1ml/day - luckily with the acetate I can lower my dosage if I run into problems and it'll take effect fairly quickly.
