That Friday sounds nice, I was able to get quite a bit of PS4 in this weekend as well. My 11yo daughter and I got into an epic 17 inning game on The Show, she beat me 1-0. In bottom of 17th I had bases loaded 2 outs with Rizzo up, she caught my deep drive against the ivy, to win. Then My 9yo daughter smoked me 6-1. Of course against her I took it easy, plus I was the Cubs so that's a disadvantage :)

Welcome, yeah I just picked up 'The Last of Us' great game! I used to play much more, I need to get back into some franchise modes with Madden and NHL, the problem was not playing awhile the controls are much more advanced now, I feel like it would take a month just to get used to it, I did the same thing with the show, I ended up wanting to snap the disc haha

Lol i know the feeling. Some of these games are like full time job. I bought Watchdogs since it is Chicago based. I played 1 time, haven't played since.

I will do a multi-day update since it got a little hectic (this is why I usually would avoid sponsored logs...

Monday- Off day; I overslept the morning cardio then had to do something at night, not the end of the world

Tuesday- Morning class cancelled, Back/Bis at night

Front Pulldowns- 4x 8-15
Bent over BB rows- 4x 6-12
Single Arm DB Rows- 3x 8-12
DB Pullovers- 3x 8-12
Hyperextensions- 3x 12

Incline DB Curls-4x 8-15

Food intake was low (I am tracking everything through Myfitnesspal -

I like it. It's just very time consuming, and with MLB I can play and not think as much

Yeah thats the problem with the strategy/story games, then I get hooked and end up staying up all night to finish it...I cannot get away with that as much anymore... I used to do that with Call of Duty too, man Icould waste a lot of time between the gym and videogames, that used to be my life, hahaah
 
Update on Diet

Okay after going through and thinking about the diet I had, I am going to try and keep the three meal structure based upon my schedule but I am going to use Myfitnesspal and give a pretty good breakdown of the Macros from each day and I will be brutally honest, I am going to try and hit a goal of 2,270 calories broken down as:

170 carbs/ 284 protein/ 50 fat is what I am thinking unless anyone else has a different suggestion, I will try that for a few weeks and adjust based off of the results I am getting, I think to try and run a food diary along with everything else would be tough, so I will give my diet breakdown in here each day as I would be able to pull it up from my phone.

You might bump up the fat just a tad (to ~70g or so), and you could also drop the protein a bit as well. I'd go with about 160g of Protein or so, no need for much more than that. You can fill the rest with carbs if you want, or you can even up fat more, it's really your preference, as you know your body better than I do :)

If you lift ~3 times per week, that calorie level should put you ~15% under your TDEE, which is a decent cut level.

Thats a good suggestions, Im gonna try to hit the numbers, give it 2-3 weeks then change it up if I need to, for me finding the right formula is not very easy, I just try to stick to my guidelines, my schedule is always crazy being able to be on an aggressive workout schedule doesnt always work out, but im giving it my all

Workouts- 1 hour cardio bootcamp first thing in the morning (bodyweight and weighted exercises tabata format)

PM- Chest/Tris

Flat DB Press- 3x 6-12 (went up on the weight Im normally comfortable using, big step)
Incline BB Press- 4x 6-12
Decline DB Flyes- 3x 10-15 (3 second negative on each one...holy **** that hurt)
Cable Crossovers (underhand)- 3x15

Rope Pushdowns- 4x 10-15
Skullcrushers- 4x 8-12

Food Macros-2,060 cal= 219g Cab/204g Protein/40g fat - Still a little off of my goal but I need to go food shopping and improvised...

Okay let me rundown the weekend for you all

Friday- I overslept the bootcamp so i switched it up and lifted in the AM and did the bootcamp in the PM

Seated Military Press- 4x 8-12
Seated Side DB Lat Raises- 4x 10-15
Bent over Cable Rear Delt raises- 3x 10-15
Front DB Riases 3x 10-15

BB Shrugs- 4x 8-12
DB Shrugs- 4x 12

**My endurance was down a little but I was also working out in the morning on an empty stomach

At night I did the hour long bootcamp cardio...

Saturday-
Off day from lifting, spent the day out fishing, diet went a little off as I was out celebrating and had a couple drinks

Sunday- I think the few beers and the brite threw something off, I spent most of the day in the bathroom, not the prettiest sight in the world, at all

Monday-Took it a little easy as I was still recovering from Sunday.

** Today I did my am workout and will log the PM one the same. Caps also arrived and I am going to try and cap the dose of Brite to see if that has any bearing on my stomach discomfort.

I know I havent updated for awhile, that is part of the problem with me running logs, I usually have to update in bunches because of my crazy work schedule...

I have started capping Brite and I am able to up the dosage slowly without the crazy GI issues I was getting! It is a definite plus! I missed my measurements on Sunday because I was not at home and had no way to do it so I will check in this Sunday, I have the pictures from last time as well, a big update is on the way.

To anyone following along with crazy poop issues from Brite, try capping it, it made a world of difference!

Note- I have noticed an increase in my body temperature even resting, moreso than when I started. I have also noticed an uptick in libido but I dont know if it is related or not, I am getting into the targeted dosage now so I will be able to see for sure, it also takes some getting used to trying to cap this stuff without spilling it...

I noticed both a while ago...libido is staying high, but not increasing anymore, but body temperature is getting out of hand. I'm actually wishing for Fall weather soon.

Yeah I noticed it a little bit before too, I was honestly more focused on the stomach issues because that was me constantly timing the dosage for the day, definitely led to some interesting situations, but I just wanted to reiterrate the effect, and after capping I have narrowed the window between doses a little, trying to work out getting it all in without staying in the bathroom.

I was completely surprised by the libido aspect of it, just wasnt expecting it. The sweating I was blaming being in a suit running back and forth in the summer (Im not always in the suit) but now i can say for sure its the Brite, I try not to mention it unless I have a strong feeling that it is the reason...I also have some MyoPeptide that Im going to be trying soon, I was waiting to pick up some vanilla/plain protein to use it, I will report that as well.
