It begins today! Test cyp and Anadrol

Well bro I'm sure you know what your doing but just out of curiosity how will you know whats causing any sides like gyno etc when your running different compounds and not knowing how your body reacts to either? not bing smart or anything man just curious :)

Haha my girlfriend influences me badly on occasion... But I do alright haha. I was deathly afraid of needles until I started anabolics, this is actually the first cycle that I am self injecting... Im better but gotta work up to that every day ****

I never get estrogen sides, I'll definitely b using all necessary ancillaries too. I don't mind dancing with the devil ;)

Hit arms early this morning, decent pump and all decided not to log today and just focus.

Anyone wanna share any of your killer arm routines? I get decent pumps with mine but I have been doing the same **** for mine need to switch it up. Any but closegrip bench and dips for now
 
if i start my cycle of test cyp and do 300 mg a week would that be enough to see good gains. or should i do more. and to start off with the cycle its gonna be straight test cyp and in a couple weeks im gonna add deca durabolin in the cycle.

I always hear to start at around 500. I dont have any experience going lower than that. Im sure you will still see gains. How long do you plan to run it
 
Weigh in tomorrow. Honestly going to be pretty disappointed in the Anadrol if I am not atleast weighing 211-212 lbs... Upped my cals most thr days this week to 4500-5000. If theres not any new weight gain from it I will probably end up cutting it out mid this week... We will see. Pumped to hit the gym tomorrow though thats for sure.
 
Weighed in at 210, so 11 pound increase so far. What do you guys think, keep anadrol going for another week or 2 or drop it?

Possibly a stupid question, but is it possible I am eating too clean? I feel I should have gained a **** ton more weight than I have... I though anadrol blows you up. I have gained 11-12 lbs in first 4 weeks and if anything lost bodyfat not gain

11-12 lbs is NOTHING to turn your nose up at especially while loosing body fat

When I used dbol test and NPP this last bulk I gained 25lbs in 6 weeks

But I gained about 7lbs of body fat

So

In conclusion

Your doing fine
I would eat more
And if your bulking
BULK EAT FOCKIN EVERYTHING IN SIGHT

Yeah makes sense. I ate everything possible on Dbol and gained 18 lbs in 3 weeks but i got ****in fat haha. Your right though 12 lbs without water and fat is great I am pretty happy hopefully it doesnt drop too much after anadrol is cut

Yeah I think you'll b fine bro, you're making great gains and with no bf gain so that's winning.

Its weird I usually never get injuries because I use good form at dont get stupid with weight but lately its like injury after injury. My clavicle/ AC joint seems to be slowly getting better. But leg day I had tightness in left quad so quit squats. Shoulder day I must have hurt my rotator somehow cause its killing me. Decided I cant afford to skip chest again so going to try to hit it today. Hopefully nothing gets worse. Itll be up soon

I decided from now on when I do chest I am going squeeze hard on everything at the top, I mean I always did decent but me chest has always been really strong strength wise but it is one of my weaknesses physique wise so I am going to try dropping the weight and really squeezing from now on. Itll suck dropping from repping 315 x10-12 and 350x6 last cycle when I had more bodyfat to repping 2 something. But atleast I am leaner and hopefully my chest will actually grow!
