So didnt end up lifting Friday, I need to take it easy til this clavicle **** heals up some. So Fri-Sun off from lifting. Im also not hitting chest at all next week because that seems to aggrivate it. Here is the weeks plan......
Monday- BACK, hitting back twice this week, this one is focused on hitting it hard and heavy, more explosive instead of focusing on pinching and holding at the top, HIT. Deads,BB row, T-Bar DB row ETC
Tuesday-Shoulders
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-BACK, more focused on volume and quality of each rep, more focused on lats, a lot of reverse grip stuff, pulldowns, etc
Friday-Biceps & Triceps
