So didnt end up lifting Friday, I need to take it easy til this clavicle **** heals up some. So Fri-Sun off from lifting. Im also not hitting chest at all next week because that seems to aggrivate it. Here is the weeks plan......

Monday- BACK, hitting back twice this week, this one is focused on hitting it hard and heavy, more explosive instead of focusing on pinching and holding at the top, HIT. Deads,BB row, T-Bar DB row ETC

Tuesday-Shoulders
Wednesday-Legs

Thursday-BACK, more focused on volume and quality of each rep, more focused on lats, a lot of reverse grip stuff, pulldowns, etc

Friday-Biceps & Triceps

Hope you're all still following! Havent heard from a couple of you in awhile, Weigh in on Monday!
 
I rotate a double back week in every few weeks. I like it makes me feel strong like bull
 
Splurging tonight, ordering a Papa John's large meat lovers pizza all for myself. Might break 5000 cals
 
Damn guys, kind of disappointed.. I weigh the exact same as last monday. 207 lbs. I have been eating good still, maybe a few more splurges but still hitting my macros... What would the reason for it be? Test cyp should be kicking in if it hasnt already.

I thought so? Strength going up shirts getting tight. Just puzzling. Anadrol should be huge gains and lots of water/bloat but I havent noticed any. Everything else from my source was good to go and worked good. Should I up my dose to 150mg for the last 2-3 weeks? Maybe its under dosed

Its possible it could b underdosed, do u think you're losing any fat?

Either of those are possible. Maybe bump it up another 50mgs to finish it out? Or is that over doing it my first time around?

I havent gained any bodyfat I dont think, I can take a progress pic tomorrow

real anadrol is actually a very dry compound which gives dense muscularity, pumps and strength. i don't know where the bloating myth comes from.
me and a friend actually found anadrol to be the driest of all compounds. it is after all a dht derivative.
too bad i get severely nauseous on it.

A lot of "bloat" when using aas comes from overindulgance in carbs and sodium. I can use dbol, keep my carbs low and make great dry gains. I know what you are saying and I thinks its just diet for some people.

This makes more sense to whats happening to me. Strength is crazy, pumps are awesome and I feel I am getting a steady weight gain but my body fat is actually getting lower. I am eating pretty damn clean though

With dbol I ate tons of **** just to hit my macros. Got huge but a lot of water and fat

Thanks for chiming in and clearing this up bro. I always wondered too why ppl would report so much bloat with a DHT derivative, they just ate everything I guess.
 
there are theories on it interacting directly with estrogen receptors or somehow potentiating aromatizing compounds.
somehow i still think the anadrol contained methyltest or the bloat came from testosterone and too much food as you guys say.
i must say however i used anadrol with winstrol and no test so i dont know how it could be with it...
