Idk if Tommy is mainly food and supp coaching or if he’s getting really into your training as well, but Doggcrapp Calves really seemed to work and closegrip benching to a 2 or 3 boards put some size on my triceps fast when I hit them. But the DC Calves you’re gonna have to suffer, and the CG board presses you’re going to need to lift HEAVY and a spotter. Like 4-6 sets of 4-6 reps.
Biceps, I got nothing
He’s pretty comprehensive.
I don’t believe he tells you what drugs specifically but works with you so you understand what you will need and decide for yourself. Haven’t got that far yet with him.
Diet he is huge on compliance and works with foods you enjoy for your diet plan.
Training, he really knows his stuff. Big on movements that target the muscle exactly how it’s needed for your goals. And TUT is big with him. This will be a good change for me, since I need help in a lot of areas, primarily calves and bicep peaks. I do everything the way it has worked best over the years, but some body parts have just progressed faster than others, chest, lats, shoulders if I really want them to. Luckily, with where I’m at now, I would just need to bring lats and shoulders up a little and lean way out and I could look decent for MP. My calves and bi peaks won’t matter in that division but I want them balanced regardless.
Been following him on IG and FB for 3+ years and the dude is impressive in both his own competitions and his extensive knowledge on training and diet.
I’ve wanted to do this since 2010, it’s time.
