I had monster leg workout today I set 1 PR in front squats 225-- I felt strong in the gym today... it was the best leg workout I had in a long time!!!!!

Nice work on the Front Squats!! That is what i'm focusing on right now is front squats!! They're NASTY!!! Muhaha!!! My arms get tired before my legs!!! Only problem with them. . so i match a nice like hack squat with'm now!! :sgrin:

I use the Cross a little easer for me what do you use?

1 set of --stright bar Drop sets ( on the bar each side 5,10,5,10,5 total weight including the bar is 115) and we did as many as we can then we drop of a 5 of each side so and so on.. when we go to the bare bar we did 20 reps no matter how bad your arms hurt...

Cabel curles 2 sets of a50 reps @ 100lb
 
light chest today.. Week 5 into my prime.. It has been just a great ride.. feel more power and I have lean out pretty good too.. we got 3 more weeks so I need to kick it up a notch... I going to try to get 380 or 390 on the squats this week...

also i am going to run a secound log for Somnidren in the pill form! look for it...

BAM. . .Nice and simple workout!! That is the way you have to do it sometimes. . . bring it back to the basics!
 
Yesterday was legs!!!!! I had a pretty good leg workout... I wanted to see how much I can squat so i put on 390 just for shi@@ and giggles.. felt good of of the rack but lets say I went down but could not get back up!!!!! Lucky I had two spoter to get the dam bar of me....

Yesterday was legs!!!!! I had a pretty good leg workout... I wanted to see how much I can squat so i put on 390 just for shi@@ and giggles.. felt good of of the rack but lets say I went down but could not get back up!!!!! Lucky I had two spoter to get the dam bar of me....

Braver man than I. Even with a spotter, I am always too cautious to throw too much on squats, especially since if I go 5 lbs above what I should be at form suffers terribly.

Today was back very soild.... One thing being on Prime this long is my power is off and on meaning some days I can blow through my work outs and some days i feel I have to real try to get the weight up...

Hey folks I have been working a little to much!!! Any ways I am going to finish up my last bottle of prime by this weekend. .Then I will do a full review...

i am just doing Cardio ( rowing swiming and basketball drill)
I am putting down the iron until next feb... I will be using Dermacrine starting next week I wounder how this will go with just cardio I can not wait!
 
my last day on prime. I did not do the full 8 weeks I did... 7 weeks...

Prime is a very good Product it was the secound time i have taken prime the 1st time it was the 600mg
and I did not get anything from the 4 weeks of prime dosing the 69 protocal. This time around using the 800mg
I have lost 6lb from 200 to 194 and my Body Fat went from 17% 15%-- I never thought that can get 2% that to me is great@!@@

Prime-Solid Gains In lean mass, this was the best part of prime- I notice how dry I was looking very interesting because I do think taking
CLA did have somthing to do with this, I do not have proof- only thing I do have is my results.
Endurance of prime is somthing you will notice right away compair to the muscle hardness and lean effect that takes a full 4 weeks.
to see. Diet is the key to prime I was doing 2900cal a day plus crap load of cardo. muscle strength I did see some results but
nothing like the USP labs claim.

Overall:
I am happy with my result I did reach my goal, Prime came through big time- even though I feel Prime will be better served with out
all the not so true advertising on the bottle. I recommend this for those who have been in training for more then 3 years and have a good understanding of your body and diet.

These are some solid results- 7 weeks down 2% BF with strength gains.

I'll start my run after the new year, with some CLA.

Great results and thanks for the detailed logging of the workouts. If you are doing a Dermacrine log next I'll be following. I had a good recomp when I used Dermacrine last year so hopefully you will get similar results.
