Looks like a 17methly oral PH to me, but wanted to double check. Also if someone could possibly tell me WHAT this is. Thanks,

I believe that's your 2-ene products (Ergo and PP type products). What did you see that was 21.5mg? Don't tell me where; just tell me what it was called and who makes it.
