Is this HMB ok?

I've been using this stuff for awhile but I really can't tell if there's any benefit to it? I know HMB is hit and miss but I'm wondering if this product is ok? And what the general consensus of HMB here? Invalid Link Removed

I'm in out out curiosity.
 
I've been using this exact brand since January. I've taken a week off of it a couple times to make sure it's legit. I can say that my recovery in a caloric deficit is much better using HMB-CA than without it.

I can also say you're g2g with this if that's the kind of effects you're looking for

This. I've seen that company before and I'd probably do 5g per day.
 
Should I go with HMB-FA instead.

Only if you want to waste money. HMB-Ca isn't something you are going to take and go: "Holy shjt!!!! That stuff kicks azz!!!"

Always go to Google, and type in ---> Suppversity + whatever supplement you want to know about (and Examine.com too):

And always differentiate between Calcium bound, and Free Acid when reading.

I've been dosing 3-5 grams a day depending on caloric intake. 2g pre-workout if fasted, 1-2g before any endurance work
