Alright so, before starting I'll get stats outta the way:

Age: 21(22 at the end of the month)
Height: 5'10
Weight: 193lbs
BF%: 16
History: Started working out on and off at 17 have been doing it consistently and hard for the last 2 years and dieting hard(tracking calories with my fitness pal, weighing food with a scale, etc for the last year). I started at 240lbs of pure fat when I was 17. I got down to 200 but still very fat. From 19-20 I dropped to 168lbs at my lowest, I regret never getting bf% checked but i'd imagine I was around 16-18, I lost lots of muscle cause I was always the fat kid so was just obsessed with getting a low weight. In the last year I've managed to get myself to 190-195 at around 16% last I was checked. I'm planning to start cutting abit in 2 weeks again and attempt to get to 10% bf which will be the lowest I've ever been in my whole life. I don't want to go any lower than 180lbs though. I then plan to run H-Drol as my first cycle in May. I have a whole cycle lined up:

Usual protein, fish oil(usually do 5g a day, might up to 10g a day while on cycle) and vitamin c(5g a day)

Preload CEL Cycle Assist for 2 weeks as directed on bottle.

Cycle:
H-Drol: 50/75/75/75/75/75-100(will up for the last week depending how I feel, might also run only 5 weeks depending how I feel but planning for 6)
CEL Cycle Assist through out as direct
Taurine on hand incase of back pumps
Glucosamine will be added if joints hurt for whatever reason but I don't expect it from h-drol.

PCT
Torem 120 for first 3 days then 90 for remainder of week/60/30/30
Erase 0/3/3/2/1
Athletix Stack Through Out as directed(formula x daa, division 1 shbg inhibitor, titanium test booster)
Need2Slin 3 caps breakfast, lunch and dinner through out.

So there is that. Is the cycle ok? I will be eating 3000 Calories a day aiming for 250g protein, 80g fat and the rest made up of carbs so 320g carbs. Protein might even be upped to 270 to make the carbs an even 3000. I wanna do a routine that's basically based around Flat Bench, Squat, Bent Over Row and Military Press. I will basically do each of those at the start of each workout(chest, legs, back, shoulders/arms) DC style so very heavy rest pause style. Followed by some accessory lifts for each body part(only 1 or 2) at 3x8. Cardio if I feel its needed maybe 15 mins HIIT twice a week just to keep fat gain down.

Does this all look alright for a cycle? I really wanna have this ready to go even though I don't plan to run it till May. Cause if I have it all ready to go then all I gotta do is save money and I won't be reading sooo much and changing my mind on little things.

And the second question the ONLY thing I haven't totally decided on enough to list...would a test base be beneficial? And how much so? It would be rs-transaderm at 5-7 pumps a day alongside the h-drol since I don't want to pin at all.

Well...I guess that's it. I hope its semi easy to read, typed it from my phone really fast. Also hoping I make a good impression and don't come off like a lot of the other new guys and guys my age I've seen posts from lately lol

Thanks in advance!

Looks solid. The Test base would help combat lethargy/libido issues (if you have them), but might cause a bit of water retention while on (will shed rather quickly during PCT.

All in all it looks like you did your homework and have a solid cycle planned out.

Apparently I can't edit from my phone, but before anyone mentions the need2slin dose in pct its supposed to say 3 caps spread through the day 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner.

Im on my second run of hdrol right now and can say running some sore of "test base" does seem to help the lethargy. I am running androhard v3 for the increase in dht and I have much less lethargy then what I experienced with my first cycle. So it's really up to you but if it were me Id prob add it to the cycle. Also keeping the carbs up throughout the day helped my lethargy a lot. Specifically eating some fruits works very well since it primarily fills up your liver glycogen and that will circulate the glucose to the whole body for overall energy.

Thats good to know, I usually try not to eat too many carbs cause i'm quite carb sensitive coming from my days as a fat kid. But I figured i'd go for it and take in a decent amount(300g is gonna be a lot for me lol). Good to know about the fruits, I like my fruits to begin with for a carb source but I will enjoy having an excuse to eat a little more if it means keeping me going.

I do think i'm gonna add a test base. I work retail so being lethargic when trying to help customers isn't good and my other activities(wrestling related) don't wanna be dieing for those either haha. Never had a problem with libido, if anything its overactive lol. But if for some reason I do the fiance will not be a happy camper, might think i'm messing around which isn't the case so sounds like its gonna be a good addition.

Thanks for the replies guys! I think I might even start a log leading upto it and during it, never logged on a website before but everything i've seen here is pretty good and makes it seem like it might be fun and motivating.

If your gonna add test use test p. Dont be afraid of the needle. If you choose to use juice it will be your best friend. Orals are ok but injectables are the best imo. Dont get me wrong dbol, abombs are great but you can only run them fir 6 weeks. I run my injectables for 12-16 weeks and I gain the whole time. I also retain most of my gains after pct. Reconsider your decision, orals offer quick gains but they are far better with injectables.

You could always use transaderm for your test base. On my last cycle i ran it the entire time and my libido never dropped once....and my cycle was M14ADD bridged to Dieselbolan/SD

Yea transaderm is my current plan. Its an extra 60 bucks to save but everything I've read and the replies here so far make it seem quite worth it.

Live in Canada so I think I'm stuck with some sorta shipping either way haha. But thanks for the code, it'll definitely help. Hugely appreciated!

Great job on setting up your cycle. Reps for doing your homework, unlike so many people I see on here.

My personal take would be holding off for another year or so just based on your age, but that's just me. It's not bashing and I wouldn't think less of you for doing so, but just something to think about. I've only done one PH run and it was when I was 25, after 10 years of consistent training (still making gains, naturally).

The only thing I would say is to spend some time researching some workout plans. You may have it locked down, already, but the way you listed it made me unsure. If you have a solid training program in line, you'll do well.

And don't get too caught up in a specific cal number, either. Just make sure it's slightly above your maintenance level and make sure it's not a huge jump from what you'd normally been eating (e.g. don't jump to 3k cals if you'd only been eating 2k right before cycle).

I should've been more in depth on the workout routine now that I look at the post and you mention it. Infact if anyone would like to chime in on it and maybe throw some pointers i'd be quite open to it. I feel like i've figured out what works for me in a lot of ways, but I am always open to trying new things and taking advice from those more experienced. Basically here's how I want it to be:

Focus is on Flat Barbell Bench, Bent Over Barbell Row, Barbell Military Press & Regular Barbell Squat:

Sunday- Chest(Flat Barbell Bench)
Monday- Back(Bent Over Barbell Row)
Tuesday & Wednesday - OFF/Cardio(possible wrestling training on both days, on 1 day at the very least though, which is basically cardio/plyo)
Thursday - Shoulders & Arms(Military Press)
Friday - Legs(Barbell Regular Squat)
Saturday - OFF

I want to do each main lift in the DC Style and follow it with a couple accessory lifts for each body part, I tried DC Training as explained for 3 months and made decent gains and enjoyed it. However I always just mentally wanted to do a little more for each body part. Also with the anabolic kick and easier recovery I figured it was worth a try. So as an example i'll use Sunday which would be chest:

Main Exercise - Flat Barbell Bench
As many Warmup's as needed
Work Set:
Using a weight that I would normally fail at between 6-8 I will bust out as many as I can.
15 secs rest
Bust out as many as I can again
15 secs rest
Bust out as many as I can again

Then depending on the body part throw in 1 or 2 accessory lifts so since chest is a big muscle depending how I feel say i'd do maybe:

Dips 3x8
Dumbbell Incline Bench 3x8

Then stretching and foam roller for 10-15 mins.

Back and Squat would be the same kind of style but different exercises obviously, would possibly even throw a third accessory exercise in on some leg days depending how I feel during the workout. The only workout that would be somewhat different would be shoulders arms. Which would go something like this:

Military Press same style as the flat barbell bench
Only 1 accessory lift for shoulders since its a smaller muscle.
Heavy Bicep Exercise(like barbell curls or preacher curls) 3x6
Heavy Tricep Exercise(like close grip bench or jm press) 3x6
Bicep Iso 2x8
Tricep Iso 2x8

Also thanks for the diet suggestion, I didn't really take into account the fact that I am trying to cut down till May so will probably be eating less abit less than I am now so jumping right to 3000 might not be a good idea haha. Will have to slowly build back up. Thanks again for the replies so far guys!
