hi all,
i have just returned from the doctor where i was given the results of my blood test.. my LDL levels were around 4.3.. overall cholesterol was 6.9.
now.. this is considered high and i suppose i can understand that my diet is largely to blame for this.... however, i didnt think that 4-5 whole eggs/day, plus mince and red meat would make such a BIG difference.
my question: do I wait for my cholesterol to go down before starting my cycle??? They say that AAS increases LDL/HDL levels, so I presume that my cycle will just make things worse.
Would appreciate advice here.
