It will effect your test levels while on it(it will raise your testosterone), however this will return to normal upon cessation of use.

it raises test and free test levels, but like any natural test booster, your levels will return to baseline upon completion of your cycle. and it's safe, as no negative side effects have been found with oral NMDA supplementation

Homeostasis is gonna catch up to you to a certain extent. Your test levels will probably dip a bit after you stop taking it, but it shouldn't be anything too significant. They'll get back to baseline without much trouble.
