Correct, almost like a GDA+ but I think the ingredients work even better than a plain GDA.

Oh definitely! I usually only take it with food, and it seems to produce great results with carbs being that food source. Haha

If you want an actual GDA or something for dedicated effects of that nature probably best you look elsewhere.

That doesn’t mean you should discount others experiences with it or that it is ineffective though.

Ecklonia has some interesting data and is probably the driver behind these effects, but I’d see it more as an added benefit than a main reason to use the product.
