I am under the impression that arginine is fairly worthless as a preworkout supp. Ok, so what about at other times of the day? AM upon waking? I have read that arginine without exercise increases GH levels, so taking it AM/pre bed would make sense maybe? 5g? I have to canasters of it sitting around, if it's useful at all I'd like to use them as efficiently as possible.
