Guys idk what it is but I've been sick to my stomach since last night. Felt tired all day then my hunger just completely dissappeared around 9 pm. Started throwing up around 11pm. I just laid in bed with a headache throwing up every 15 mins until 630 am. I somehow managed to sleep 3 hours till 930 and I've been up since. Still feel like **** but no vomiting so far today. Its 130 pm and I've managed to eat half a banana and drink about 10 ounces of water so far, not great. Not sure what the culprit is. Maybe food poisoning or the ephedrine or the t3. Dropping the t3 and ephedrine and gunna reintroduce them at smaller dosages to get my body use to them.
 
what is this, like a week and a half - two weeks in? I doubt it's food poisoning.

Look at the bright side man - with all that vomiting and lack of appetite, you'll likely drop like 7% bf today.
 
Its called a stomach virus bro. Had it last week and dropped 9lbs in 24 hrs. it was brutal spewing out both ends. Not the end of the world although it felt like it. Been a week and still down about 40 lbs on my major lifts.. Sux...

If it helps I had the stomach flu recently and had the same things happen didn't feel right for about 4 days. Doubt it's the ph's but to hard for us to know for sure...
