at the very least do 1 week on 1 week off, even though i dont even recommend that, run it two weeks on two weeks off, taper up, but dont worry about tapering down.
there is no typical use of clen, ive seen suggestions for running it for 6 weeks with ketofin, and/or benedryl ive see almost anything.
i actually find that clen works good on moderate carb days, seems the body heat is higher. if you are dieting then your high carb days shouldn't be that high above maintenance anyway, so just run it. but who knows if you are dieting, with only two low days?
