Is animal pak a good suplement???

Ive tried a bunch of multi's and OT & Anavite are hands down the best 2 IMO.

After I finish my ArA run ill go back to Anavite, its nice to have the joint support included in OT though

High RDW is associated with a million things my dude, including ANY anemia. Isolated high RDW in a male on AAS is likely sideroblastic, which doesn't have to be anemia but rather an erythroblast anomaly, which can be seen with AAS use
Its not isolated RDW, I have low MCV and MCH. If it was just high RDW I would agree, the low MCV tells another story.

As someone who has seen thousands upon thousands of CBCs, your low MCH and MCV (and even hemoglobin) are not really significant. The elevated RDW is actually of significant magnitude

My first blood test had normal rdw and low mch. Next 2 had elevated rdw with low mch and mcv. Considering the first blood test was from my first ever AAS cycle. You are correct that AAS use is probably what caused the rdw rise.

Sideroblastic is a cause of AAS use? What are the concerns and is this a temporary thing while on cycle? I'll start researching it. Thanks for the pointers.
