Is a cutting cycle worth it?

So I've ran a couple cycles already (always bulking) my last was a DMZ and trest cycle. I put on 24 lbs and kept 20. Strength went up 10 fold but I didn't really shred at all.

I'm at around 15% body fat. And currently running a cutting diet. Carb cycling. And currently 600 calories under maintenance.

I'm gearing up to run another DMZ cycle in April. I have two top abs but getting rid of love handles is my worst enemy.

I'm just wondering if I cut for a 6 week run will it really make that much of a difference or should I just cut naturally and then use itto bulk?

I really want to get down to 10% in the future but don't want too lose to much gains.

If you cut properly you won't be losing gains. Especially if you're using prohormones.

Yeah no I understand that. I really just wanna know if it's a waste to cut while on cycle and do it naturally or if it's worth It while on. I want the most out of these 2 cycles

Anything done on a cycle will be better. Prohormones make your bulk accrue more muscle tissue, and a cut better at shedding adipose tissue as well as the possibility of gaining lean muscle. Ideally you'd start or end a cut cycle with a prohormone run.

On the money

I think DMZ would be great on a cut. Except the fact that at the end of my DMZ run (last 3 weeks), I could not find enough food. It made me so hungry for carbs to grow. And it worked. Strength and size really jumped once I fed the body. But that hunger...

Yeah same thing happened to me with my last DMZ cycle which Is why I was curious. But I've heard great things about it for cutting too. So we'll see

Cutting on cycle is awesome. Go for it.

I'm going to be the negative nancy and say save the DMZ for a time when your more oriented towards building muscle. Your cutting and looking to maintain muscle? Why not use something mild like Osta or even a moderate dose of 1/4 DHEA and then use the big guns for when you wana throw on some mass.

Just my two cents and a different perspective!

Not a negative nancy at all this s exactly the discussion I was looking for.

My thoughts with past cycles were MASS MASS MASS STRENGTH STRENGTH STRENGTH. Although lately I've had a slightly different mindset of abs abs abs.

I figured running a cut cycle of 60/60/60/60/69/60
Would help shed some body fat while maybe adding 4-6 lbs of LBM.

HOWVEER I FEEL Like cutting naturally and then using dmz and eating at maintenance might be the way to go.

Then again once the cycle starts I'll probably say **** it and get strong as ****.

There is just too many decisions and I don't like it

Always too many decisions lol.. Do what you think will be best for yourself at the end of the day. If you know that if you hop on DMZ and will have the mindset of bulking than save it. Like I mentioned there are plenty of options for a cut that are less harsh than a methyl PH that can help maintain mass
