well the reason i ask was that you can take this substance and with a few chemical reactions and make testosterone powder and i wanted to use this powder to make a trandermal T solution. can it still be aquired from UK sources?
 
Next-best legal option is Andromass.

And Jbry is right... why bother with expensive 4-ad powder when you can just grab some less expensive test and make it into a transdermal?
