Iron's Havoc/IGF-1/AnabolicPump/"New" PowerFULL Log

I did traps once. I really think you need a mirror. It's hard to feel the little baby needle go in there. I was mad worried that I wasn't actually in and that I was just gonna squirt it all over myself and waste it.

thats scary, to think what if the needle broke in there..DAMN! that would suck.

There is no pain at all with IGF correct?
 
only if you move the needle, which i did on one of my biceps....

it feel kinda like a baby pinched ya...


any suggestions for new straps?

PP, are you up late or early?

Did you check their website yet? I think mine were like 25-30 bucks shipped. Its really for powerlifting i think (the ones i got) pretty heavy duty but you can get many different options. They look nice too.

Im up late, I work graveyard 10-630am for an airlines...This is pretty much the only time im on. Hawaii Time that is. What keeps you up?
 
It was about 630am or so over in Philly...I get up at 6...

Yea, I'm gonna order them tonight. They have some decent products...I was thinking of getting some wrist wraps too (12') because my tendonitis has been acting up again.
 
Are you doing sub q or IM injections? Also it sounds like your doing them right after your workout. I've read before or after workout is ideal. Does anyone still do the before WO thing?
 
According to everything I've read, 5-20 mins post workout is optimal...per grunt, jonesboy, lmd, etc...

and yes, IM injects.

IIRC Grunt said that preworkout would still be very effective but may cause hypo in some. I think pre with a during training drink (hydro whey, BCAA, waxy maize, dextrose, etc.) would work pretty well.

Ya I've heard of the hypo side. Good idea on the drink. So whats it like pinning a pumped muscle??? Even if its a slin pin why does that freak me out a lil.

PI, is this your first run with any type of IGF/GH?
 
Not a big deal at all really...

One or two times I pinned in the stall and then went out and banged out a few more sets. :)

PI, I have some Schiek straps that I use. They are supposedly can be used as a wrist wrap/strap combo. They are pretty nice and seem durable (only had them a couple months). They were cheap too. I dont shrug 600+lbs though so I dunno...

I ordered some APT Kevlar straps...SICK!!


And pinning in the bathrom jsut reminds me of the bad things i've done in the past.

i still aint using anything... should get some gloves though, my hands are getting mad caloused, a lil unavoidable with my work though.
 
calluses are cool. plain and simple.

I apologize that I can't lift 605lbs without and over/under grip and no straps.

Recap...

2 weeks into PCT.
-Cutting abck the Nolva to 30mgs this week and 20mgs next (maybe, probably not).

Looks like I might be starting the 10 week ALRI evo stack soon. I'll cut this log short and start a new one for those guys.

Should be a nice little bridge into my first pinning cycle.

I'm still sitting around 205. IGF-1 in combonation with the PF and AP have definately given me some added seperation. Vascularity has gone down slightly. But I think that is due to some eradict workouts. Things are getting a bit hectic for me. I am just hoping the job search works out sooner rather than later. I have officially made up my mind to move back in with my rents in Jersey. We are going to start building an apartment in the basement next week.

I'm gonna hit up the shore on Sunday, as long as the weather is nice. So my diet is going to be followed to a T this week. Although I might end up having to rearrange the days I get in the gym.


...back to the supplemenation.

My strength is holding on most lifts and I am getting slightly stronger on others.
