well i cut down to 185 then started cycle 7 days ago. so nothing has kicked in yet but yesterday i did legs and three index size veins were bulging out of my calf. they are new and went back to hiding shortly after i finished the workout. i start taking m1d tomorrow and then im adding forma in next monday. im going for a very lean bulk. 60/20/20 but im think about dropping protein and upping fat. im eating around 400+ of protein and im wanting to up my calories so i think some health fats will be the way to go. i also added grapefruit juice in today.

i lost almost 2.5% bf on the cut, but it was a really strange feeling losing weight while preparing for a bulking cycle. i would get disappointed each day because i was get smaller.
 
Lol good job man. Ya I have yet to do a cut. I ran some sd and got a 25 pound gain
