TKD/CKD = ketogenic diet with dextrose pre and during weight training with weekend carbups.
I'm just wondering if your on trt, I didn't see it mentioned. Although theres nothing crazy in gear cream, I'd wager its enough to suppress testosterone levels, especially at the ripe young age of 63TKD/CKD = ketogenic diet with dextrose pre and during weight training with weekend carbups.
I usually do but my source fell off the planet. The 4 andro converts to test and I have some more on hand.I'm just wondering if your on trt, I didn't see it mentioned. I'd dont think it will be a big deal on the gear cream, my concern would be how you feel after you finish the stuff if you dont have testosterone in your possession by then.I usually do but my source fell off the planet. The 4 andro converts to test and I have some more on hand.
Yeah, it don't seem to be messing with joints much.I wouldn't worry too much, the over the counter AI's tend to be very weak or not work at all. At least that's how I've found them to be
I find that peddling on one of those recumbent bikes or whatever there called with very low resistance good when my legs are sore. In general I think it's the worst piece of cardio equipment there is but when the legs are sore, just going through the motions on it and getting some blood flowing actually makes my legs feel better fasterI did one hour on stationary bike yesterday. I couldn't do cardio Thursday cuz my legs were sore from all those squats.
Added in some 4-andro and epi that I had in a concoction I made in a pumpspray bottle. That ups the 4-andro the about 125 mgs and epi to 100.

Yeah the treadmill is better but my legs were still pretty sore. I have them both at home so I came always get my cardio in. I adjusted the intensity up a notch but its still wasn't too tough.I find that peddling on one of those recumbent bikes or whatever there called with very low resistance good when my legs are sore. Yeah, the machine was open so I did that again. The plan was changing to free weights. Maybe next time.^Monday is International Chest Day...I only did cardio and pullups tonite, but there wasn’t a Bench open![]()
Well, it did say "in or at box". We mostly get the animal stuff back there. HmmmHaha it was on my back porch stairs.
