Found something interesting today at the gym...not sure if this has been posted before.
It's a combination of an Iron Cross and a toe touch. Basically, get into the ab straps, snug into your armpits. Support your weight with your arms straight out to your sides (the iron cross portion). Hold this for 3 seconds, then slowly raise your legs out straight in front of you while rotating your arms forward. End by touching your toes with your legs straight out.
My abs are absolutely destroyed.
