Can this be run for 12 weeks? Just wondering because I may need 12 to get to where I want to be on this cut.
I'm about 5 weeks into a 12 week cycle. It may not be recommended, but with a good PCT, I think it will be fine.

Doesn't seem like it would be too bad at 12 weeks.
So I think I'm holding some water one day my love handles are almost flat other days they are very noticeable and I'm wondering if I'm holding water? Debating on adding an e blocker what do you guys think?

I'm just spit balling here as I don't think lack of water is causing the bloat as I drink plenty of water during the day but my urine still isn't clear which is surprising

How much water do you actually drink? Do you limit salt in any way?
The only thing that I guess might have high sodium is maybe the bread from a subway sub?

Yeah, I don't limit sodium at all, but I try to drink 2 gallons/day. That's a lot more than most people though...
Any bloat or water retention has nothing to do with 11-KT. Its definitely diet related. If you aren't following a strict diet, it's hard to prove otherwise unless you measure and weigh your food and know the exact macros, calories and sodium/potassium in your diet. I've had guys tell me they think they have high Estrogen, turns out they were consuming about 5-7g salt a day and 200-500g carbs. A lot of people really don't 'diet' when they say they diet. Some people can get away with it, but most can't. Check your diet, make adjustments as necessary.
It is, people don't drink enough. I had to adjust my diet to be 100g carbs, 5g Potassium and 2.5g Sodium, and 1.5 gallons water a day just to keep water retention and bloat at bay. All androgens increase water retention and BP via enhanced sodium retention and enhanced potassium excretion. They don't have to aromatize to estrogen to increase water weight or BP. I've mentioned this before, but few people hear it.
I'll try drinking more water today but it's such a pain in the ass my job is outside in South Texas so I'm always sweating to keep up with it I pretty much have to be downing water all through my 11hr shift.
As for my diet my only carbs the past 2 nights have been from a subway sub chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, spinach, cucumber, and light mayo with a powerade during the night. My post workout meal has been healthy I had chicken with veggies and some rice and no preworkout meal as I'm working out fasted since I'm on nights and my 16hr fast ends at 4ish. I'm also wondering if it's my body adjusting to the 16/8 IF diet

Yeah, I've done the no-diet diet thing. It doesn't do anything for me. Some people can do it I guess...some people can eat Five Guys Burgers every day and not gain weight either. Not me.
Hey, hard gainer here. I can't break 225 for the life of me. Eating ice cream, Oreos, etc on a daily basis and still nothing. Heading to chik fil a tonight and grabbing at least 3 sandwiches after my workout just because I know it'll do nothing for me.

I am in-between the two extremes... I eat donuts, ice cream, cookies regularly but only do take out 1-2 times a week max. I have to do cardio regularly and work out pretty intensely to handle it though lol.
I no longer like either of you. Haha.

Let's just say I liked you more before I knew you could eat cookies and get away with it. Bam bam gives me metabolism envy though.

Did you start at 250 or went straight to 500? How many weeks you've been on and how long u running it for? Anything else u running alongside it? Lol lots of ? Ha
straight to 500mg. I had experience with a very high dose of 11oxo in the past, so I wasn't concerned.

Got it. I ran it at 250 for 4 weeks. Didn't see much. Going to run it again at 500 then ramp it up to 750 for 8 weeks. Let us know how it goes
Ok so I've been dosing with an oral syringe just poured out the bottle on a small Tupperware bowl. I'm nearing the end of it is much much thicker in the bottom did this thing settle at the bottom? I also feel like little grains on the gel that weren't there for the first 2 weeks? Am I just getting to the good stuff? Lol
its not a compound that is going to produce extremely noticeable results in my opinion, and it definitely needs to be dosed higher than people would expect.
I am about 2 weeks in now, and enjoy it. It's not a total game changer, but the effects are subtle yet impressive if you really know how your body reacts different compounds
Very disappointed with the dosage (not for effectiveness). I'm at the end of the 2th week at 4ml (250mg) dosed with an oral siringe and is almost finished. I think that at that dose last only 2 weeks. Very very disappointed...........
