Just got my 6 bottles of Sup3r-11, 2 bottles of Sup3r PCT and 2 bottles of exotherm in the mail. Kinda wish I bought 8 already. Or 10. haha. Funny how something like this coming in the mail can make you forget about a crappy day. I'm an addict.

A supplement package arriving always boosts my mood, no lie. I was so pumped to have SUP3R-11 in hand, and now I'm getting ready to apply it for the 4th day in a row! Woohoo!

LOL, I already applied the first ML and will do a second tonight. No waiting for me. I don't know what I think starting today vs. tomorrow will do, but maybe it will help motivate me to get my sh3t in motion.

I thought about it - but I'm going to run Exo in PCT. It's a weak AI, but with Sup3r-PCT and that and a SERM, I feel covered, and it's a good fat burner too, so I think it suits my goals.
 
Man! I could be crazy, but I think I can already see this stuff starting to work. I think I may have to dose prebed though. If I sit down during the day, peace out bitches! I'm gone. I'm also taking 2.5iu of gh as well. It's known for its lethargy. I'm impressed so far.

Dude, I swear I'm leaning out visibly a bit myself, and it's only been 4 days at 250mg. Granted, I'm running a lot of other compounds as well, so I can't say without a doubt it's the 11-KT, but it echoes your experience. However I am not experiencing any lethargy.

In all seriousness, if a small amount of transfer of 11-kt occurred to a wife or GF, would if be that bad? Obviously, you would not want any transferring to a child but if the wife got some on her, maybe the bf would melt off and be a win win for all involved... just sayin

"there are some older women in our town experimenting with 12.5mg of 11-oxo a day along with 50mg dhea. some are reporting very positive results including body composition changes and strength

I have also heard from various women over the past couple of years who have taken 11-oxo. usually 75mg a day. they report a lot of energy and strength and heightened libido. I do not remember if fat loss was mentioned

obviously, being an androgen the potential for virilization is there. this is dose and duration dependent and can vary from woman to woman"

Currently at 180lbs and just under 10%BF. Goal is to get to 8% then reverse diet.

Calories: 2311
Protein: 198g
Fat: 103g
Carbs: 148

Going to start at just 125mg a day post workout around 8am and if everything is going well I'm going to bump it up to 187.5mg for around a 5-6 week run. Might add in dermacrine if lethargy/libido is an issue, but it doesnt sound like it should be at this low of a dose?

OL Testify PRO two scoops a day.
UR Spray from Prototype Nutrition

What do you guys think?

Nothing to worry about. Just run proper PCT, which you seem to have in order for the most part, and you should be good. This is very mild but the sides are really pretty non-existent.

Couple things, hats off for starting slow and evaluating the dose. I would not go below the 125mg but it is a good place to start. In terms of your torem, you might want to consider 90/60/60/30 instead of 60 all the way through. I would research it a bit just to back up any adjustments you choose to make.

Thank you for the advice! the 60/60/60/60 came from another poster on the forum, Hastur! Why do you think 90/60/60/30 would be superior?

Not saying that Hastur 's approach is wrong however, the tapering route works well for many. The philosophy of starting with a higher dose is getting more of the SERM into your system for quicker recovery.
 
Is it just me but I feel like my libido goes up when on 11-KT.... Not like crazy I want to bang every hole I see... but noticeable enough

I also just got my package in, excited to see how this compares with the competitors out there :D

I've only taken 3 doses and I can already tell you that I like the carrier. Everyone always said Salvo was the best you could buy (the original XI-KT) and it was thinner which maybe helped with absorption a little, but this product is almost like hand sanitizer (which I've used in home-brew transdermals) and spreads evenly with a plastic bag. I had some white residue that was mentioned earlier when I applied to the shoulders/tops of the arms, but my neck, clavicle, etc. suck this right up and there is no residue. It spreads and covers both sides of my neck, shoulders and chest at 1 pump.

I slept really well last night too...and I feel a little more outgoing today.
 
Would TD Tren stack well with this along with Osta?? Goal is recomp after injury.

There's a lot of variables to consider here. How much you're applying, how soon after applying, if you're sweating, if it's a light brush or a long embrace. All of these factors will affect the amount potentially transferred. And then you have to consider, do THEY know they are at risk for a androgen to be transdermally absorbed. In my opinion, they should have a say even if the risk is minimal. I can't imagine men being fine with unknowningly absorbed transdermal estrogen.

Indeed, I had read that statement before. However, these women knowingly consumed the product, they were made aware of the risk. And as he said, the potential for virilization is there, as I also stated in my guide. Keep in mind, 12.5mg 11-OXO is a drop in the bucket compared to 250mg 11-KT, they could very well absorb more trandermally than these women converted in vivo from taking the low dose 11-OXO.

I think it looks excellent, sir! I can understand being nervous, but feel free to reach out with any potential questions you may have during your cycle. The nerves will fade, trust me.

I didn't recommend 90mg or higher because it's such a low dose and short duration with a mild hormonal. And I didn't recommend tapering because 60mg Torem isn't likely to cause much issue when discontinued. You COULD taper it. I suppose this is personal preference. I tapered down to 60mg in one PCT I did. From 120/90/90/60, but I ran a far stronger cycle.

I've only taken 3 doses and I can already tell you that I like the carrier. Did use XI-KT a while back but felt like I needed more.

I ran XI-KT at 3 ml/day, which should have been about 250 mg of 11-KT, which is what this stuff has. Only, this stuff has 4 ml/day of the carrier, which should give better coverage and thus better absorption. 250 mg. of 11-KT certainly worked - this stuff should certainly work, and I expect it will be better because of the extra carrier. XI-KT was good, it's just that everything that it needed to improve on has been covered with Sup3r-11.

It's perfect for Fat B3stards like me.
 
So whats the final word on pros/cons of dosing pre workout or post workout and whether splitting the dosage is optimal or if a single dose is suggested? I workout around 5-7pm so my dosing would be late afternoon.
 
Just ordered a Sup3r 11 and a 1 Andro. I'll be picking up a second bottle in a week or 2 and then begin a 6-8 week cycle standalone at 250mg I'm not sure my body is ready.

I'd do EU over Folli personally ;)
But all else sounds fine. I would run Nolva at 20/20/10/10.

Were you thinking to throw in 1-Andro, you said you bought it above?

I have 2 1 andros, a 4 andro, and 2 epis. Honestly I have thought about it but I'm a Virgin not sure if I should gauge how 11kt treats me standalone first or throw in the andros on the back end. If I do throw in 1 andro then 4 andro is a must for lethargy . I know how EU has treated me I have 1 more bottle left and I already have the Follidrone 2.0 and I'm curious how that one treats me different considering I keep seeing people losing a lot of weight and that's what I really want. Thanks for all the input guys

Just want to say Packaging, Label, Bottle/Top is top notch -- Great work on that guys

Smell to me is citrusy - liquid goes on super smooth and its definitely runny but I think thats what you were going for... Absorbs super quick... I used forearms/inner biceps and neck/clavicle region

I usually notice the first signs of it kicking in, in a bout a week so defin too soon, but I am liking what I am seeing so far

Of course, when I lose 60 pounds in 16 weeks, I will regret it. But if I log, the guilt of small mistakes will ruin my desire, if that makes sense. It can be motivating and de-motivating depending on the situation.

Hey, thanks man! I may do it, I'm toying with it. I have been fat for most of my life. When I was 13 I weighed 193 pounds at about 5'6'' and then over a summer I lost 50 pounds and grew 2" to the height I'm at now. I stayed pretty lean until college, gained weight up to 230, got down to about 180, stayed there through college, got into the real world and quickly gained 40 pounds, then over time another 40, then over time another 40 until I was near 300 pounds. I lost about 40 pounds just by beginning a weight lifting routine again, and was at 250-260 for a long while before last year when I decided to cut the crap and do a PSMF and I dropped down to 180 pounds again. Now I'm back up to 210 pounds. Funny thing is, I can literally not eat anything beyond black coffee in the morning until 8 PM and then I go out and get a cheeseburger and fries and the next day I've gained weight. I've always been like this to some degree, but it seems to be worse now. Maybe I just don't realize how many fries I am eating or something, but it seems like a 2,000+ calorie meal would be hard to get down at dinner....

Anyway, the purpose of all that is to say, losing it wasn't so hard once I made up my mind. KEEPING it off is a real challenge. It's good that I have this site to come to and keep focused, at least a little bit, on the goal.

I say go for it bro, the support the motivation the knowledge u will get from a log is priceless, I think every log I saw ppl let their diet or workout slip out to an extent then they get back on track.

This.... think of it as a Journal... its a great way to get constant feedback/motivation/and ask questions... it could be beneficial in the keeping off process. I for one know I will sub if you create one. All the best on your weightloss goals... We all in this together bro

I get it, bro. I was 315lbs at 15 years old. My cousin could eat 2-3x the calories I did and was only 130lbs at the same time. I haven't been able to eat out or indulge without serious repercussions. Last year I went on a trip to Tampa, in 7 days I gained 20lbs.Once you've been truly fat, you find that you are more prone to water retention and rapid weight gain. It comes from the higher production of aromatase from the overabundance of adipocytes, and the ability to store more water in existing adipocytes. But no matter what your situation, it can get better. I still struggle with stubborn subcutaneous fat, but each day I get closer and closer to my goal. In fact, the cycle I just began last week is doing wonders for my body composition, I swear I wake up each day leaner and leaner. You can do it, bro.
 
Likewise I was 280 when I started 6 years ago.
Dropped to 180 but realised I had far to go.
Just keep on plugging you'll get there in the end.
