Hey guys im new to all this looking to shred some fat off and needing all the help i can get
 
Simple version, dont over think things.

Diet - Calculate your TDEE and subtract 100 cals from that. Start there.
Training - What are you doing?
Cardio - If you can, opt for HIIT after your workouts. 2-3 times a week 15-20 min per session.
Supplements - Whey protean, creatine, dont worry about fat burners until you know what your doing with diet and training.
 
It depends on what you've been doing for the last 3 months. How active have you been? Probably best to start with a 3 day full body resistance training workout and 3 days of steady state cardio. After a month of that, incorporate high intensity cardio into two of those days. Im thinking my diet first, i want to get back in my prime weight that i was a couple of years ago, i was a lean 230, but so called life happend so i got a steady full time job got bills and i slacked off for a couple of years and gained about 60 pounds, im 24 and only 5'7 but i still have good muscle and strength, i just need to shed all this fat off
 
Good advice in here so far, also look at a multi-vitamin like Athletic Multi and Fish Oil for general health and well being.
