BCAA's are best taken intra, as they are absorbed very quickly. Free form amino acids are transported in the blood stream, and do not need to be digested.
right i get that, but what makes taking your fast absorbing aminos intra better then pre/post? since protein synthesis is elevated from 2.5g leucine for 2hrs after ingestion.
