Intra workout P-Slin dosing

i am scared of going hypo...

Pre-Workout
30g Waxy Maize Starch
1 scoop Syntrax Nectar Whey Protein Isolate
4 scoops of Scivation Xtend
6g Beta Alanine Powder
3g Taurine Powder
3g Creatine Monohydrate
2 scoops Nimbus Nutrition Swell
1 scoops Nimbus Nutrition Blast

What do you guys think about me adding some p-slin? i usually take it with my pre-workout meal, usually a FIVE DOLLAH, FIVE DOLLAH FOOTLOOONG... (subway)

What do you guys think about me adding some p-slin? i usually take it with my pre-workout meal, usually a FIVE DOLLAH, FIVE DOLLAH FOOTLOOONG... (subway)

I had a pretty cool protocol that looked like that, except I would take 2 AP before your foot long. I would then wait an hour, take your P-Slin, drive to the gym and sip on that concoction. I may forgo the WMS in favor of powdered Gatorade though (tastes great with Swell).
 
wait theres only 30g in his intra w/o shake. Wouldnt the pslin make him hypo. Espec. If he took his Ap an hour or so prior? interested in this intra w/o carb thing.
 
I would go with around 50grams carbs during workout. I needed slightly more because i respond VERY well to p-slin so you may wanna keep some extra on hand in case you go hypo

i am currently on a fat loss protocol so,,,, i am very very carb sensitive...

this is an interesting topic...
 
2-3 scoops of powdered Gatorade (dextrose) does the body well in conjunction with an additional electrolyte/phosphate rejuvenator such as Swell/Poseidon. Down your P-Slin, wait 15 minutes, mix BCAAs, Swell, Gatorade, good ol' Creatine Monohydrate, and you have a serious mixture of strength, endurance, and nutrient delivery.
 
Im gonna try that during pct. Thanks mullet for laying that out.

Down your P-Slin, wait 15 minutes, mix BCAAs, Swell, Gatorade, good ol' Creatine Monohydrate, and you have a serious mixture of strength, endurance, and nutrient delivery.


I usually add 20 grams of whey isolate/casien mix...call me different but I like the idea of fast delivery of amino and a slow flux of aminos!

you may want to reconsider eating any protien from subway..processed to the core that its a chemical.

ooo yeah? i usually get the chicken strips. they seem to be much much higher quality than the "oven roasted chicken breast"...

damnit, now i have to find somewhere else to cheat and still claim it is somewhat ok for my diet...

Subway has really lost their original status of being somewhat healthy. They use to be pretty high quality now they are just another fast food joint. Plus do you really want to look like Jared lol

I like Subway. Load up on the veggies with a chick breast. Better than most fast food IMO.
 
that is kind of what i was thinking... i load up on spinach, cucumbers and jalapenos, chicken strips and maybe light mayo... on wheat...

idk, maybe i will cut this **** out of my "protocol"
 
I actually like boston market if im in a pickle and I didnt pack enough food. Im also on a cut, trying not to eat too much, and trying not to eat too little. So far so good!

If you actually do go to boston market they do have some decent food for cut. 8 ounce roasted turkey with two sides of mixed veggies or string beans is what I usually get. I get them to bag the corn bread and I give it to my brother. All in all, its a decent meal for cutting but the price is a bit high, ****, here in NYC its like 11 bucks for that meal!

Better is still not good but in a pinch that is cool but on a daily basis, pack a lunch. You know exactly what you are eating. I kinda like that idea:dance:

Agreed, not a staple but an occasional convenience.

It is - in this respect, however, there is a 'double-carb load' within an approximate time of carbohydrate metabolism. I.e., eating a high amount of carbohydrates with an initial Anabolic Pump dosage, followed by an immediate influx of simple carbohydrates with a P-Slin dosage, during workout. Normally, I would recommend a much higher carbohydrate intake.

AP with addition of neovar/ banaba extract seems to work well with simple/complex carbs. For some reason I dont get the same bang out of oats with AP and neovar as oats and a banana. I have no clue why lol:fool2:

How did you dose the two together?

Arbitrary times, obviously:

3:30
1 AP

3:45
70-80g carbohydrate (depending on AP and carbohydrate tolerability)

4:30-:4:35
1 P-Slin cap broken up and placed in water (fast absorption)

4:45:
Workout w/ intra-workout mix.

Maybe I'll try this kinda setup during my PCT & caloric surplus state, but I'll use Super Carb instead of dex.

Personally, I rarely use P-slin (I have 2 boxes), as it knocks me the hell out when I take it.. Especialy when I have carbs. But I have only taken it maybe a total of 3-4 times. Which brings me to my question about multipule dosings as in 2-3 daily, and if there were any bennifits, anabolicly.

Yes if you like eating 600-1000grams of carbohydrates a day.
 
Ive done it a couple times. PUMPED as hell! But you will crap yourself if you dont eat enough carbs
 
i have started using AP much more than PSlin. It seems to be much more tolerant to my low GI carbs. For me i need to mix in some quick carbs with my PS to not go hypo...

also, you like the change of sig????... mullet?
