Recently I took a 120 foods intolerance Food Igc Antibody blood test,
To my much shock the elevated food levels where mostly around dairy. The below where the highest elevated foods!
This basically means Im screwed to take protein shakes, whey and even veg-pea based, Eggs are also on the list so what alternatives one has?
1 - Milk - Cow/Sheep/Goat
2 - Egg White
3 - Pea
4 - Brazil Nuts
