I'm 27 years old, 5'11 and I weigh 225lbs with 21% BMI. I did some sort of workout everyday for 4 years when I was in the army and I've been working out 4-5 days a week for almost a year now. I'm interested in starting my first cycle and like always, I've heard that Test was the best thing to start out with. That being said, I would like to stay away from needles if at all possible as I don't think I'd be able to bring myself to pin myself effectively. I've heard there's other alternatives and that's why I'm here seeking advice. Any and all advice is appreciated. I also plan on logging my first cycle if at all possible. Thanks again.
