Interested in First Cycle.. Hate needles.. What do?

I'm 27 years old, 5'11 and I weigh 225lbs with 21% BMI. I did some sort of workout everyday for 4 years when I was in the army and I've been working out 4-5 days a week for almost a year now. I'm interested in starting my first cycle and like always, I've heard that Test was the best thing to start out with. That being said, I would like to stay away from needles if at all possible as I don't think I'd be able to bring myself to pin myself effectively. I've heard there's other alternatives and that's why I'm here seeking advice. Any and all advice is appreciated. I also plan on logging my first cycle if at all possible. Thanks again.

What is your bf% BMI is pretty irrelevant you could be a 225 Ib brick **** house or 225Ib marshmallow and still have the same BMI. What are you wanting to do? Lean out? bulk up? Hows your diet? Alot to think about before jumping into some gear.

I ment 21% Body Fat. Not sure why I put BMI. I just had it taken via calipers 3 days ago. Right now my diet is 55% protein 30% Fat and 15% carbs. I was leaning out for a bit and I honestly wouldn't mind doing either although I'd prefer to bulk. I'm only eating around 1800 calories as of now and while lifting and doing about 40 min of HIIT at night.

Ok thanks that helps, your diet looks good for someone trimming up. Honestly in my opinion if you have been on that diet and cant seem to lower your bf anymore and decide to take something I would take something to cut before bulking. If you get as much fat off as possible you are gona be much happier with your results when you do bulk. I would try to get at least down to the 18% range. If your not hot on the needles like the above said youve got transdermals or ph's but pills can mess ur insides up bad if not taken properly. I dont know your knowledge on gear but as i was always told when i first started here is to get on google and read then read some more till you know everything about how to safely set up a cycle and research on products before you take them. Sorry if this wasnt the advise you were looking for haha
 
For first oral cycle I would recommend halo or stanodrolhalo(5 or 6week) - 50/75/75/100/100Stano (6-8weeks) - 800mg-1gI'd recommend halo

Agreed, would be a great starter. Have also heard epistane is good for cutting down but havnt used it.
 
Wish i had people like on here to help with my first cycle, it took two bottles of spawn and alot of rage before deciding to go natural for the time being still having plenty of room to grow without gear.

Yeah I wouldn't mind my first cycle being a cutting cycle as I can agree my BF% is a bit higher than I'd like. Well the only reason I wasn't too hot on needled is that I felt like there was a higher margin for error that simply ingesting a few pills. I have read that if you can bring yourself to pin, it's the safer method as pills can toxify your liver quite a bit. That being said, I can bring myself to pin myself or even have my girlfriend do it for me so as to spare my liver. I've been reading quite a bit but as you can see, I am by no means an expert. I intend to keep reading but I always like to hear what people with a quite a bit more knowledge than myself have to say. Any advice is good advice and I thank you for taking your time to send a little my way.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll be sure to look into it a bit more but from first glance it looks like something that I'd be willing to try out although I am seeing different numbers for beginning cycles.

You need a diet not roids, 21% bf is to high of a bf for a cycle you will have a surplus of negative side effects..

I actually have been dieting and will continue to do so. That's why I figure a cutting cycle would probably be best or am I wrong in thinking so?

Id say keep in your diet maybe even try changing it if your not getting results, instead of gear how bout a thermogenic, some type of fat burner with a stimulant to make you go harder in the gym and during cardio where you need it most. Get that body fat down and then ul be ready for a cycle...even then you will still proly have plenty of room to grow naturally

I tried a Thermogenic a while back, I actually tried using Animal Cuts but I'm sure back then I was far too fat for it to help much. As for other Thermogenics out there, I really have no idea which one to go with as there are so many and I can't be sure which would give the best results even after reading reviews. The majority of those people are just trying to get you to buy a product. Do you have any that you'd recommend? I do the majority of my HIIT at night with Insanity and what not.
 
Do your hiit in the morning in a fasted state there are tons of thermogenics out there that will work and you are wrong about a cutting cycle also bro its still aas or a ph, u will experience the sides you will be trying to avoid. Drop under 15% bf then think about a cutting cycle or whatever you want until then seriously look into your diet and what you are eating and your training program small changes can have a big impact... Post up your diet if you will like and let us pick it apart for you

Iv only used a few my fav was LEAN EFX by fahreneit nutrition. Gave me good energy throughout the whole day. I will pm you

Yeah I was actually doing my HIIT in the morning after around 16 hours fasted but then GF cried that I wasn't waiting for her. I think I'm going to go back to the old way of doing things just to get myself to where I want to be in terms of Body Fat. I honestly don't have a specific diet. I try and eat as clean as possible while still hitting my macros and 1800 calories. The staples are usually egg whites, black forest ham, boneless skinless chicken thighs, brown rice, tuna, spinach, salmon, and on occasion pork loin.
 
Don't listen to him about there cutting product bro he is a rep and wants commission.... I assure you if you run it at your bf you will experience sides. Me on the other hand will make zero money but the satisfaction of helping some one.... 1800 calories is low especially on work out days and that could be your problem right there.. You are under eating and putting your body in starvation mode. If your not tracking calories then your already losing track a few days and see where you are at. When you say Black Forest ham do you mean sandwich meat? If so cut it out its all processed and bad for you when you are cutting. Pork is good on occasion but it isn't good for you either. If your gf is complaining about wanting to do hiit with you then save it for night time, but go when you wake up in a fasted state and walk on the treadmill for 30 mins

Yeah that might be the problem. I do find it hard to even eat 1800 clean calories a day. As of now I use MyFitnessPal to track calories and macros. I get my black forest ham in both the sandwich meat and cut straight from the huge chunk at the deli counter @ Pavilions. I'll discontinue my consumption of the pre-packaged black forest ham for now on. I always knew it wasn't the best but I figured as long as I kept at my calories it wouldn't make a huge difference but now I'll try it without it. Thanks for taking the time to help me out, I really do appreciate it.
 
No problem a lot of the sandwich meat is packed with preservatives and a lot of sodium plus if you put it on bread there is more calories and carbs, what are your daily calories you need? Should be around 2400k how much protein are you taking in? Take a screen shot of your my fitness pal if you want

I'm not sure as to my actual caloric needs as MyFitnessPal seems to be a little off in that department. I do try to take in at least 200g of protein a day and I stay away from bread. Okay, I'll post one up here after today. When I calculate my daily needs I used the Lightly Active which was BMR x 1.375 and that put me at 3,000 calories to maintain my current body weight. So I'm eating ~1,200 less than maintenance if I did that correctly?
 
No usual deficient should be around 500 so u should eat around 2500k a day like I assumed ;)

Awesome thanks again. I'm going to go ahead and raise my caloric intake accordingly and cut out the sandwich meat. I think I will be looking into a thermogenic for the time being though because I could use all the help I can get haha.
