What's up board this is my first time posting on this specific forum. I was reading about the great reviews on Epistane from a different forum and a member told me that this forum had the best information on it. Also said Dr. D was a good source for PC questions. I am 6' 235 pounds at 17% BF right now. In my 4th week of training after coming back from a injury. I started at 22 % BF.
I eat 1.5 grams of Protein and 1.5 grams of carbs time my BW. I cut my carbs as my day goes along eating most of them in the first 3 meals of the day. I take CEE, Protein, ZMA, Trib, and Multi-Vitamins, Omega 3 gel caps. I want to gain alot of lean muscle mass right now without gaining much fat then cut for a contest that is at the beggining of next year.
What is a good dosage plan for the epistane for my type of training and plan? Also should I stack anything else with it? Any help or insight with helping me set up a plan would be awesome. Full details on what works well with this product would be appreciated thanks!
