Insulin use

Gentlemen I am a42 year old male with much experience in steroid use but I am looking for advice on how to use insulin . The cycle I am on now consists of 500 mg. of cypoinate 500 mg. of decca and 300 mg of primobolan and 4 iu's of somatotropin and I want to incorporate some Humalin R into the mix any advice on how much insulin should be taken?
 
5-10iu 3x/day, 3 days a week. Use the HGH heavier on slin days. Example if ur on 5days on 2 days off HGH, make sure the two off days from growth are no slin days.
 
Thanks for info. A couple of more questions for u . I took slin once before and I think I took in 10 carbs for every unit of slin does that sound rite? And is it ok to take it when I take my GH?
