insulin factoids lol

I'm curious about users and abusers of insulin on here. I'd like a discussion of people's experiences and whether or not they feel like they became dependent on it(diabetic from use) what doses you've run for most gains and how easy it was to control after shooting yourself. Been looking into Humulin R and it's tempting. But maybe I should just go with peptides. I know Humulin isn't quite as fast acting therefore easy to control. But let's get this going.

idk, i've wondered about using drugs like glimepiride to stimulate insulin. i've tried it and you literally have to eat carbs or go into hypoglycemia. even at 1-2 mg. i have a glucose meter so i've verified the results. researched using this for bb purposes and cant find anything of real value. i believe it can be used successfully. just a thought. might be safer than insulin. honestly it all makes me a little paranoid about giving myself type 2 diabetes. it's real common. hope others have something to add.

Yeah it makes me curious. But then with my metabolism if I don't eat every couple hours and eat before my workouts I get lightheaded and hypo feeling and I really eat carbs most days. And if I use dextrose postworkout I get a crazy rush so I wonder if it'd be better if I stayed away from such things.? Idk, I just hear of people gaining crazy muscle on using insulin. But to give myself diabetes would not be worth it

Agreed. I'm the same way. Truthfully, if u r using insulin everyday u will become diabetic eventually. Even with "proper" use. No one knows exactly how long that would take and everyone's body is different but it definitely happens. Insulin is such a tricky thing to play around. What pro ever knows if they're doing it right?

I'm looking into something like lantus which is long acting and acts on igf receptors 3days a week.
2 on 3 off 1 on 2 off. And using it or a backload since peak is at 6-9hours

Been using it on and off the last 2 years, not dependent. Works best on cycle.

I'm getting tempted. It looks expensive compared to Humulin R but then maybe I'd be paying for safety. I want to research it more before I take it. Anymore articles you may have please post them up.
