the isolates are out of my price range, but is this corrrect:

post workout protein= 20/30 blend
and slower digesting protein= whey protein blend (cheaper) and calcium caseinate (better, but more expensive)

am i right?
i was looking through the threads and searched but couldn't find a clear answer.
 
i always have used the blend for my post workout shake.....
 
Blend - chocolate mint is heavenly.

Seriously.. If I didn't have a large portion of a 50 pound bag to wade through, and if I lived in the states I'd jump all over this deal.
 
The blend is a mix of concentrate and isolate. I like it a lot better than ON personally.
 
The 20/30 is the most diluted of proteins......If I were you guys, I would go with the regular blend and let me send you samples of the Isolates and Concentrates, I don't want you to spend on what you don't know yet.

I will take care of everyone because this is what mothers do!!!!!!!!
 
I'm also thinking about the blend (closes to ON's). Are you guys going with the flavored or unflavored version? I'm looking into a 50lb bag, and the difference between the two is about $40. I am lactose intolerant (ON's is the only whey that doesnt really mess with my stomach), and if any of you guys are the same i would love to hear your opinion on the blend.

I can tell you that their isolates are TOP NOTCH!! It's all I've been using for the last 15 months. Laura, I'm close enough in Maryland that a 25 lb box of isolate is only 8 bux to ship.

You guys got any international deals planned? LIke to australia? Dont really care how long it takes to get here, so long as its cheap :)
