Injection Site - Buttocks Or Deltoid???

There really isnt a "best place"....it up to you to find one you like better.....I prefer delts, but to be honest, they can be very hard to do by yourself. Glutes are my least favorite.

According to a study I read. Glutes is the only place max test will be absorbed a lot more tissue in glutes each time u shoot some test have higher alcohol content which kills cells in muscle tissue for short time and not all being absobed hence if u don't have bowling balls for shoulders u gonna shoot into dead muscle tissue and ull get a lump when that happens all test not being absorbed so one cc turns into a halfcc

I havent used AAS only oral hdrol.

i pinned my self a few times to get over the " holy fear" of needles. i wanted to see how bad it hurt bc i wasted 12 months of reseaching AAS if i couldnt take the pain....

I really think after 10 pinns the pain will go away.. I dont think it hurt as much as tasting cycle support

Brolic, did u pin yourself with an empty needle just to feel the pain? thats friggin awesome!!!! lol....your right tho, u will find that after doin it a coupla times the novelty wears off and its no big deal.
 
agreed.

everyone is different...i for one rotate glutes and delts (long esters of course). quads have too many nerve endings and veins, IME.

i just started to pin my quads. first go around right quad amazing. no pain going in, little soreness but was suprised for a virgin muscle.... then i did my left ... oh boy! hurt going in ... leg twitched, aspirated and pulled out a blood bubble. Swapped taps and pinned again. For the next week i was barely able to bend down. Definatly hit a nerve. I found that pinning slightly higher than "directly in between the knee and the hip" has helped with this spot. I have yet to try my delts because ive always had shoulder problems (surgery, injury) so i just dont like touching them lol :fool2:
 
quads are easiest IMO. Its best to rotate sites, so hit delts, glutes, and quads.
