1" is a good all around size. I believe it also depends on a persons density, muscle/fat, to which size he uses. While one can get away with using a 1" for glutes, the other may require a 1.5".
Yes, but higher volumes require deeper injection to avoid knots and pain and get good release kinetics. I wouldn't go higher that 2ml with a 1" usually. It depends on the muscle really.
