Initial impessions, MFX/Hyperdrol/Retain stack

I have just come off a 5week Powerful/Symmetry stack and jumped straight into a similar MFX/HD/Retain cycle. This is just day 2 but I wanted to share my initial impressions.

Dosage (this would stretch a bottle of each for 5weeks)

Considering I am on day 2 of 2caps a day, these are the differences so far:

Miss the pump I had from pfull/symmetry, both all day and during workouts, however this pump is different and I like it nonetheless. I would call it a lean pump, there is a day long hardening of the muscles and it feels lean and tight during the workout, I am very acutely aware of my musculature all day.

Lack that healthy aggression so far, the one were you feel you own the gym as opposed to being a member, but libido is strong (not concerned yet because of current dosage)

Strength, however, is off the roof. Didnt make the connection yesterday (shoulder day) but today was back day, and I easily added 20-25lbs to three of my back exercises (wide pulldown, close-grip pulldown, neutral grip t-bar row). My grip strength improved alot across the board, really felt the difference on the bent-over rows, almost like I had straps.

Appetite has not increased. That seemed to be the case with Pfull/Sym.

Sleep has been fitful, even though I still pop my GABA at bedtime. It was deep, but I kept waking up all night which is very unusual for me. However it did not seem to adversely affect me during the day.

So far I like it where this is going, understanding I am dosing low. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

A quick question: if I go to 2 Retain a day, when is the best time for the second dose, befoe my evening workout with the MFX/HD, or before bed with the MFX? First dose is in the AM with MFX/HD.

(as an aside, i was adding Anagen to this stack but I have decided to stop it due to an unexpected reaction. Namely, going #2 feels like fire and brimstone is shooting out my backend, like when you eat some really, really, really hot peppers and they finally make their way out of you. I totally attribute this to Anagen as I started the ecdy a day before the AX stack and that symptom began that night before. I doubt the Anagen had the strength effect I saw in the gym as that is not how the product works).
 
I can see the HD being low, but the other two fit along the stack recommendations at anabolicx.com (start MFX with 2, run it for 3/4caps a day, retain 1-2 caps for the length of the cycle). Why 3 retain, and when to dose? I work out evenings.

The other 2 fit wiht the dosing for a 12 week cycle. You are only doing 5. There is special dosing to run the product for 12 weeks.
 
Gotcha; when I get the xtra bottle of MFX/HD to run your suggestion, I will run it an xtra week or two- same dosage then?

For the Retain, Morning/afternoon/night or Morning/PreW/night?

Saw a different thread where you suggested 4caps of MFX and trying two pre-workout instead of 1. I might try that next week after I get a week of 4caps throughtout the day to gauge difference.

Appreciate you input, starting your recommendation today. I was still impressed by the 2MFX as it pertains to my workout.

You are running 5 weeks still, correct?

I would do 3 HD, 4 FX, 3 Retain.
all spread out taken with meals.

i like to double dose the FX pre-workout. That is just me. That also puts the FX inline so that you are only taking pills 3 times per day.

If you want, you can increase HD to 4 per day but usually it is people well over 200 pounds that find they need to do that. I do it and i like it. But, once again, that is me.

hope that helps. If you are extending your cycle by a week or 2 continue, same dosing. if more than that, we will talk.

227lbs, 13%BF, so 4HD it is.

what would suggest then for 7/8 weeks? Reason is that to go with your suggested dosage would require 2 bottles of each and I would have too many leftover caps, so I might as well extend the cycle as use the stuff up.

HD=90 caps. (22.5 days dosing at 4 per day)
so the most cost effective dosing would be to alternate weeks of 3 per day and 4 per day. this should get you pretty close to the end of your 8 weeks!

If this is your first time taking HD, 3 per dya should be fine for you. if you alternate the weeks you will gt the most bang for your buck!

That cycle would be badass, expect to be bigger, before the end of week one, stronger throughout, and much leaner 3-4 weeks in. When your done youll miss it, and its SAFE>>>>>.
