jpb8200 New member Apr 21, 2008 #1 Got 2 bottles of Primaforce Sesamin Oil a while ago and been taking the recommended 3.75ml per day. Ok to up the dosage? I was thinking 6ml/day, too much? not enough of a jump to notice? What do yall recommend?

dsade NutraPlanet Fanatic Apr 21, 2008 #2 Watch for signs of dosing too high (lethargy, lowered sex drive), but I have gone pretty high - even with the potent Sesathin. You should be good to double dose.
