Increasing hunger?

Hi guys, are there any supps that you found profoundly increased hunger? Never got too much of a hunger increase from vector/AE although both products had a lot of other benefits. Anyone had luck with inj B12 or anything else?

Thank you!

I know MK677 does very well but that comes with quite a lot of leg work. Have to keep your insulin sensitivity / prolactin in check

MK in the morning will make you want to eat a horse. Pair with berberine and P5P (b6) to avoid most of the sides.

Other recommendations, pair fructose with your meals. Eat fruit early in the day or some people will sprinkle fructose sugar on their rice and to increase your appetite sooner after eating.

Awesome thanks I’ll give that a try! Especially with the MK. Everytime I took it by itself just ended up stopping from getting really lethargic

Try lower doses. 10-12.5mg 8 days on, 4 days off is what I did and it worked great. I only stopped because I'm one of the few unlucky ones who get bad anxiety from it even at those low doses

I did 3 months of AE and didn't have increased hunger.

I'm midway through month 1 of Anabolic XT and I can't stop eating.

Do more cardio and be consistent with it. Cardio has so many benefits and doesn't cost a thing. I don't like the idea of relying on a supp for hunger. You can fix that other ways like cardio.

I wouldn't even suggest cannabis for that purpose and I love cannabis! But nothing beats lots of cardio.

MK-677 or Cyprophenidate.

The later is a prescription antihistamine that increases hunger through blocking serotonin binding. Usually the first line treatment for anorexia. Can also be used to treat serotonin syndrome.

Some people report an increase in appetite on Anacyclus XT - some people don't.

What I've noticed with the feedback and the people that say it does versus the people that say it doesn't - and this is a good thing - is that I've noticed that people that are bulking or lean bulking normally say it does increase theirs and people that aren't say it doesn't - so my thought on that is that for people that are eating a lot it seems to make them want to eat more and for the people that are eating smaller amounts it doesn't.

Awesome suggestions guys I’ll give them all a crack. I have a few bottles of anabolic xt lying around as well!

Agree on this. But ended up eating like **** on the rp6 because it made me overly hungry. Hard to get in Aus now
MK677 will make you overly hungry too so it might not be a good option. Or you manage to use that hunger for good food

Trust me on this!!!!! Agmatine sulfate! It’s really cheap as well, it will make you hungrier than anything else in the world.

Do you struggle gaining weight?

I have to say for me, agmatine has no effect on appetite. Everyone is different and your mileage may vary, just my experience

I'm the same way - it doesn't affect my appetite and I've used some very high dosages of it.

I've researched agmatine a lot and we've sold it for years - and some protocols on it suggest very high dosing and I had never heard anyone say it increased appetite before this thread.

An example of how different things effect people differently.

Honestly I have never had a supplement affect my appetite like agmatine did, it’s insane how hungry it made me.

Everyone is different, but I do think that's more of a you thing, just bc never heard it before and I have a big appetite and I've used some big dosages and never seen an increase in appetite.

Agmatine is used by some to help with opioid and alcohol withdrawals and the dosages used for that can get pretty high (3 grams per day) and I hadn't heard it from anyone.

The science side of me is curious now if its something with your condition that could be making it affect you differently. I may try to look into that out of curiosity when I have the time.

That would be nice, thank you!

Would you ever make a fat digestion support or gallbladder support supplement? There is a lot of demand for them, gallbladder removal is the 2nd most common surgery worldwide. That would save me, I would buy a lot.

That is interesting @Shadowblaze that agmatine increases your appetite. I was going to say before Steve did that it could be something with your condition and the way agmatine works in your body. Since it not only increases pumps, but also boosts insulin sensitivity and helps with nutrient partitioning as well as other benefits throughout the body. It probably has extra benefits for you to help consume extra calories, which is a good thing considering your condition….that’s my broscience guess. 💪🎓👍

MK is good but if you run it a while i.e. 6+ weeks you will find the hunger component of it drops right off. Presumably you get some stomach Ghrelin receptor down regulation after using it a while.

Not a "supplement" either but I've added SLU-PP-332 to the mix and can say this has jacked my hunger levels right up, that's on top of the MK hunger having tapered right off and being on a calorie deficit.

I would be open to it - but one of the issues in that category is that some of the ingredients that are really good for that, there are some really garbage quality products available that there's no way could meet label claims for, and its frustrating to try to compete w that.

About 3500. I also have Crohn’s disease which doesn’t help haha
Ah man that sucks, malnutrition is a huge risk with people who have crohns. I wish more people understood malabsorption and how it can cause weight loss even if you’re eating a lot. A calorie eaten doesn’t mean your body can absorb and store that calorie. You may be eating 3500 but since you have crohns your actually absorbing a lot less than that.
