Unanswered Inability to climax!!?

Started test e.

Boners are crazy but cant bust/orgasam for the life of me.
Its like my mind has no feelings.
Is there anything to increase pleasure? I take maca, trib, and tongkat

I take cialis for fun, but getting hard is not the problem, just climaxing is...

Could be a ton of different things.
High test or high dopamine will make stamina increase quite a lot.
Dextromethorphan in cold meds will make it tough to orgasm
SSRIs are even prescribed for premature ejaculation since it prolongs orgasm so well.
Opiates including tramadol, methadone, suboxone, even Kratom, will make it difficult to come.

But it’s probably your Test E.
Don’t know how to speed orgasm up, spent my teens and twenties lasting as long as possible.

I’d recommend switching to doggystyle to speed things up. Or head with a finger in your ass.

Cialis can make it difficult to orgasm sometimes. If you have higher prolactin that can also make it difficult to.
 
Is this a monogamous relationship? Might just all be in your head. If this is someone you have consistent sex with, perhaps just talking would help. Sex is a huge mindgame, you could be overthinking things. Maybe talk to your partner about it, slow things down, speed things up, change positions, change locations in the house.

Bro why is it that doggie style makes you cum like super fast? I always noticed that. I could be on top and it takes so long but if the girl is on top seems to take less time and doggy style feels like within a minute.. maybe it’s a visual thing of big booty as well? Thoughts guys lol!
 
Cyproheptadine or Yohimbine are the only 2 things I've found that consistently overcome anorgasmia. It's not a cure though, just a situational fix.
