Keurig/Dr. Pepper bought 60% of Ghost with the option to buy the remaining 40% in 2028 based on the brands sales through 2027.

So the reason you're seeing it not available some places is that the convenience store/drink distributors are changing, like if they used to buy from independent distributor XYZ, they are having to change over to whomever distributes it locally now and wait for them to get it in. It's a little more complex than that, but that's the basics of it.

I think there were rumors about ditching the partnerships prior to the sale to DPep, because they were getting sued for 'marketing to children'. They won that case/judge tossed it out for being such a bad argument. Now that they're owned by a bigger company I wouldn't be shocked to see more branded flavors in the future haha.

I know the local liquor store that I would get GHOST from, because they sold it the cheapest haha, has been having a shitton of trouble trying to deal with the new distributor. On the flip side, I'm starting to see cans pop up in all the grocery stores, just in very limited flavor selections. Big Y for example just recently started stocking them, but my store only has Sour Patch Blue Raz and Cherry Limeade on the shelves.

I think the flavor co-ops went or are going away bc of the lawsuit and liability and also because now that they are corporately owned, there are a lot more logistics to agreements like that in whose parent company owns what that competes with what.

The distribution issue is because, or at least one big reason, is because Dr. Pepper is distributed by Coca-Cola distributors in some areas and Pepsi Distributors in some areas. Those distributors aren't going to want to bring it in until whatever independent distributor has it in their area goes out of stock, etc.

So basically all big corporate type stuff.

I just looked... Mondelez International, who owns Sour Patch Kids as well as a few other brands that GHOST has flavors of like all the cookie proteins, also owns a chunk of Dr. Pepper/Keurig. I don't think they'll have problems with at least those ones.
 
Bought some bars for vacation. Daughter liked the Xtend and the Vegan Protein is decent so re-upped on those.

That should get you some nice results! It's been awhile since i've ran reduce xt. May need to pick up a few bottles myself and give it another go.

Awesome, Recovery Fix is a non negotiable for me.
Started the Carnitine today, will be interesting to see what it does over time.

I usually do 2 pumps on the shoulders around 5am on days I anticipate an 11am lifting session.
I have at times also applied it in the locker room immediately preWO.
I've also done 2 pumps at 5am and 2 more preWO on "big" days when I really wanted to pull something big out of it.

Only thing I have noticed on those mega dose days is I do feel a bit more winded inbetween sets when I'm running a ton of carnitine. but the out put is fantastic and I do believe I have somehow improved fat burning/metabolism when consistent on carnitine.

I first used it as a oral years ago while on a cut and felt it had a positive effect, but the TD version is 10x stronger IMO.

I get up at 5am and work out at 7am so pre workout is a good time for me to apply.
I have been using oral L-carnitine tartrate for years with my PWO so i am very interested to see if i notice a difference.

If any of you have seen the movie Chick Fight it is a comedy about a female fight club, Kevin Nash is definitely not NWO for life! LMFAO!!! He is hilarious playing a newly out homosexual older father wearing tiny leather boyshorts. It is friggin hilarious! Of course he never took himself to seriously so it was a great laugh to see him so out of his well known pocket. LMFAO!!! I tried to find a picture of him in it for the laughs but he must have had it scrubbed from the internet. It is too funny not to be out there if not.

I don't usually get this serious about a fat cutting stack so I'm pretty stoked about this. The Alpha One and A XT both being for the fun of the lift, the other 3 to help light the August forest fire.

I haven’t posted on here in a while but logged back in and saw that this thread is still going 11 years on!

I’m not taking anywhere close to the number of supplements I used to take but my staples over the last however many years have been Orange Triad, Joint support XT and creatine. The ghost was short dated so I picked up 6 tubs for £10 each (around $14 USD).

I’m a big fan of the oxyshred too as I have been maintaining daily caffeine intake at a much lower level than previously and at 113mg per can, it’s preferable to stuff like NOCCO which are 200mg or even stuff like reign or C4 (which are only 160mg here in the UK).

The Galaxy birthday cake is purely medicinal.

Also, RIP bigT and Rocket.

They’re generally pretty good. The ghostbusters flavours are a bit hit & miss, the ‘slimer’ one gets a bit meh after a while but the frosty apple’s nice.

Clearly not everyone agrees - they’ve been marketed really heavily here but you can now pick up cases of 12 for £10 on discount supps sites as they are short dated (though with that recent restock I got 4 cases of different flavours (2x frosty apple, 1 x ‘proton plasma’, 1x slimer and 1x strawberry kiwi) and apart from the slimer flavour, they’re all dated at least feb 2026.

I can’t explain it either but they all have the same base chemically-initial taste to them. If you were to try a couple of flavours you’d understand but I can’t quite word it properly.

Definitely a polarizing drink someone should try a couple before buying a case.

They had them clearanced here for $1/can, and it was the only energy drink I think I’ve ever just not finished. I love caffeine, I hate waste, but they’re just not for me at all. Tried 3 flavors, threw away 3 half empty cans.

I think this is a fair take on them.

For what it’s worth, my sense of taste is still skewed after Covid so they’re probably all dreadful, I just can’t tell.

I agree with you - there's something about the taste that is hard to explain. To me, it seemed like they thought about using a juice taste and an energy drink taste and wound up in a weird middle ground.

I love Ghostbusters and wanted a Slimer one so bad, just for the can. I had to order a full case and it was one of the only times I remember not being able to finish one. I know some people them, but definitely wasn't a flavor for me.

I haven't tried the Apple ones but want a Stay Puft can big time, but I don't like apple. May have to order a case again just for a display can.

I didn't know about the Proton Plasma flavor.

It's funny, I wrote my reply about it being one of the only ones I ever remember not being able to finish before I saw your post.

We don't have them anywhere here and I love Ghostbusters, so had to order a case of the Slimer ones.

I want the others, but not sure I want them bad enough to have a whole case of each sitting around.
 
@sns8778 my buddy just got back from his lunch gym session and said "man I forgot how great that pump addict is". He wouldn't shut up about having one of the best sessions in his life. He's like, everything that guy makes is gold. Told him I'd pass the compliment on to you-

I wish that we could do collaborations like that, but my understanding is that the licensing fees are pretty high and that they would want you to be able to have distribution networks larger than we have, but it would be awesome.

Doesn't necessarily have to be a collab. Can just be a copy of it. Orange-Tangerine Citrus flavor I think.

Good to know. Generally anything apple flavored I tend to like. That's what caught my eye on the frosty apple.
 
Getting my fall stack ready. Got this in the mail today. Once I run out of the Lean Edge and Recomp20, I’ll start up the Prime XT. The it will be Prime, AXT, AE, and PA. Also taking MCC.
