In the Mail ....

Found an excuse to get me some Storm PWO. My son got an expander put in his mouth and needed something else besides chocolate to make breakfast smoothies. Excited to try out the Dynamine for an extra boost on the weekends. Wife regularly eats bars on the go while teaching, hope she likes at least one of these!

My wife uses that for now as well. Their Lemon Lime is really good, but NEVER get the Pink Lemonade flavor. I’ve never had a bad pink lemonade anything until we tried that, it’s trash.

As an aside, we broke out SNS Elite Curcumin for my wife finally the last couple weeks after her old stuff ran out (and I also got to try it) - you made a great product there! Just the little 2 cap serving is very effective, good stuff.

I love the Lemon Lime with 6 grams Citrulline Malate added - I take Citrulline Malate anyway, and adding it to their EAA gives it a nice tart flavor to it. The Lemon Tea is great too. I'm surprised on the Pink Lemonade - I've never tried it, but I'm surprised it would be bad, as good as the others were. Thanks for the heads up on that.

I'm really glad that you and her are liking the Elite Curcumin. It is a great combination of different curcumins to target different absorption pathways. I wish that it got more attention on here.

I had seen theirs but hadn't tried it because whey concentrate bothers my stomach a lot of times, especially if I drink too much of it.

I got to try it this morning and it was very good! I did 3 scoops of BUILD with 2 scoops of SNS grapefruit creatine HCL in about 8 oz of cold water.

I will play with the creatine scoops to see what is the best tasting for this combo.

I did 3 scoops BUILD with 3 scoops of SNS grapefruit creatine HCL this morning and it was a bit too strong flavor for me. Made me feel a little nauseous during the workout.

3 scoops BUILD + 2 scoops grapefruit creatine is perfect flavor for me

That still sounds good. I wish more products would be available on the super sour side, but I understand that they're trying to appeal to the mainstream I guess.

I add Citrulline Malate to some things to increase the tartness.

Theres this new-ish one out there called "ABE Energy"... caffeine + dynamine combo, but it's also got 2g of cit-mal in it. Theres a Paddy the Baddy inspired flavor I really wanna try out at some point, if only to see if its on the sour side having cit-mal in it.

I've seen them online but never really paid attention to them bc had never seen one in real life or heard anyone say if they liked them or not.

I have had the orange and grape soda, fruit candy, and ocean one and thought they were all good. A little less carbonation than ghost which I like (carbonation bothers my reflux). Ghost’s flavors are just a tad better. ABE isn’t available at many retailers though so I don’t purchase often.

Had some flavors from Alani Nu in the past that just weren't very good... but Walgreens has em on sale right now, so I figured I'd give these ones a shot.

Cherry Slush tastes exactly like a Cherry Icee. God damn delicious.

Cosmic Stardust is, best I can tell, some sort of Skittles-like flavor thats heavy on the grape flavor. 'Basic' grape flavors kind of bore me, so this was a nice little mixup compared to most other grape dranks out there.

Kimade seems to be some sort of berry lemonade flavor, although its an extremely mild flavor compared to these other 2. Certainly doesn't taste bad, just not something I'd probably get again.

Primarily as a replacement for a preWO whey shake & intra EAA combination.

I’m using BUILD variant daily because it’s also a Phosphatidic Acid supplement, which needs to be used daily for optimal effect. And I’m looking for maximal size & strength in a few weeks time.

Sorry, now I'm even more curious... 😅

Did you try the regular Prosynthesis-17 for comparison before the BUILD variant?

Do you take more than one serving per day?

And... (and this is admittedly out of ignorance) I always assumed EEA's were just fancy designer (ie, expensive) forms of protein. Marketing hype aside, do you find them that much more effective than whey protein?
