In the Mail ....

I just ordered some more Helios 100 ! I love theses sales !!
Well I just learned about Helios 100 and the form of Circurmin... You do bloodwork right?

Supposedly, Curcurmin can be beneficial to kidneys as well - Invalid Link Removed

I'll hit you up on your log, but next time there's a BOGO, if this has health benefits as one would expect from a controlled delivery of a bioavailable form - then I'll stock up right along with K2+D3, CoQ10, niacin, etc.. whatever I need to keep cholesterol levels right and kidney function good.

Have you heard of - Bergevit for reducing LDL?

What does K2 do? Not familiar with it, and I'm a vitamin junkie!

i believe it was studied that taking it with vitD, it helps vitD get better absored to your bones rather then your arteries

increases bone density & risk of bone fratures

Citrus Bergamot extract does positively effect blood sugar and LDL, but the primary use is raising HDL by a few points.

It’s an extremely expensive ingredient in my opinion for the returns I’ve seen on my personal bloodwork over a few years. For someone with limitless funds or not blasting steroids it could be worth it to improve overall longterm health, but it simply doesn’t make a significant difference relative to the consequences of frequent AAS abuse. It’s going to run you about $3-400 for an effective daily year-long supply.

Do not take this and expect it to protect you sufficiently from orals, Tren, Trest, etc. Like throwing a bottle of water on a bonfire.

Yes, important regulator for calcium deposition to more favorable places. More in the bones where you want it, instead of the arteries furthering development of atherosclerosis.

Looks like it's citrus bergamot. Very popular.

I think Hyde covered it with the Bervegit and cost to improve LDL... but for Helios 100 Curcumin type, or even if you've taken good quality Cordyceps Militaris.. if you've noticed any improvement on kidney function markers in bloodwork?

I have never had any Kidney problems so I really haven't paid attention to this, sorry.

I am liking these new bigger bottles

I am old and have arthritis in my knee's and wrist, for about the last month I have been applying two pumps of Helios to each knee using my wrist to rub it in, my arthritis pain has subsided by about 75% allowing for better training and a better quality of life. Thank you @nostrum420 for a great product!

That’s awesome to hear; great pic btw!

Franko was one on the Greats !!

No doubt a legend. I wonder how much he's deadlifting in that pic and then compare that number with how much he weighs.

Columbu returned to win the 1981 Mr. Olympia then retired from competition. Known for his strength, Columbu's clean and jerk record was 400 pounds (181 kg), his bench press record was 525 pounds (238 kg), his squat record was 655 pounds (297 kg), and his deadlift record was 750 pounds (340 kg).

the thing i will always remember him for is busting hot water bottle in pumping iron...incredible.

I saw his body weight was only around 185 lbs when on stage so he was probably 215ish off season and pushing that kind of weight. That's pretty impressive.

Franko and Tom Platz were the two guys I looked up to when I started lifting !

Tom Platz's legs were crazy. Couldn't get better symmetry and shreddedness in his legs.

I got these wrestling shoes for lifting and they are pretty cool. it's a little odd though, they fit almost exactly like a puma driving shoe. the heel even wraps up. must have narrow feet for these (luckily I do)

I think that is one I have never had ???

And another one... placed a big order of SNS/CEL to support @sns8778 get well soon brother!

appreciate the support brother ..

hows mutant pro taste compared to your other favorites ?
(edit : just saw all others are curious too lol)

I’ve had the Mutant Pro Banana Creampie and it’s excellent.

Biggest thing is it digests really really well, and it mixes well too. Absolutely will order more next DPS order.

I am very sensitive to protein powders; most don’t digest well without good enzymes added and the Mutant Pro delivers quality.

The best smelling "In The Mail" ever. Thank you to @poison for this Freshly Roasted, Freshly Ground for his West Coast Roasting Company !! I can't wait to try it. And you better believe I will report back!!

Cracked a tub of Rich Milk Chocolate for you guys last night. 1 scoop mixed with oat milk in a shaker cup. Just as @Hyde mentioned, this stuff mixes easily. It's a fine texture than other whey blends I've had, probably because hydrolysate is the 2nd in the blend. Full blend is WPC, WP hydrolysate, and WPI. Flavor is very light. More of a chocolate milk than a chocolate protein, if that makes sense. As in I could still taste the flavor of the oatmilk underneath the chocolate. Also, this does have lactase and protease in it for digestion.

Since I just bought some Rule1 and have both in my cabinet, I'll do a little direct comparison:

Rule1 - 130 cals, 2g fat, 4g carbs, 24g protein. WPC, WPI, WPH, no enzymes. $45/2x2 lbs on BOGO50 salem

Mutant - 120 cals, 1g fat, 2g carbs, 24g protein. WPC, WPH, WPI, lactase & protease. $40/2x2 lbs, seemingly the ongoing deal.
Good to see! What is the 3rd CEL product hiding on the right?

I ordered 3 more bottles of Anabolic Effect! Showing some support but I also love AE
Cycle Support.

@Segansational thanks for that quick review, im prolly gonna get that deal as well .. and im always a fan of rich milk chocolate rather then just chocolate

i dont like the fact that they have cocoa listed after WPI .. but i guess for that price its still worth it and atleast its listed as a last protein filler.

FWIW, cocoa is listed after the whey blend in Rule1 choc PB that I have as well. That's how they're adding the chocolate flavor.

Mutant also has a 5 lb tub for $48 at the same site. I prefer buying 2 lbers these days, just for ease of switching things up and space in my cabinet. But that saves you a little extra money too.

ahh okay did not see that .. yeah i like the 2Lb's as well and can fit them in gym bag if needed.

From my own experience, the mutant proteins are excellent. I picked up a 3 tubs of the mint choc chip ice cream at an expo a few years ago and they’re one of the best flavours I’ve had, especially as it have chocolate chips in it

I did not have any this morning, but I will tomorrow morning! Which one should I open first ?

By now you're probably a half pot deep into the coffee but I was going to say pound cake sounds good.

Showing a little support for Steve! If anyone is wondering, I ordered on Monday and received on Friday, so orders are still being processed in a timely manner !!

Well @poison 's coffee did not disappoint, the Brazil Ipe Natural was my favorite very rich earthy taste, the Ethiopia Genet Natural was a very good cup of coffee but did not reach out and grab my taste buds the way the Brazil did.
