In the Mail ....

I haven’t used any energy drinks lately so went to VS to try out the new flavors I haven’t tried yet.

Nice. You'll have to let me know how you like them. I've heard positives on the ghost bubblicious but haven't tried myself.

I had the Ghost strawberry bubblicious this morning before work. It was excellent and tasted just like the gum from what I can remember.

Have you tried the Stampede?

Yep, once at a half cc for initial safety run and I think 3-4 times now at a full cc IM preWO.

I really like it, but it’s my first experience with AMP. Feels like I have better endurance to keep charging hard late in the training session; all positives besides the pricetag and the general soreness at injection site for part of the day.

Buying AMP solo is massively cheaper elsewhere online, but then you would need 2 separate shots or to mix your carnitine and amp, so you are paying for convenience and someone making an idiot-proof low dose of AMP.

Also, in general carnitine pinned IM preWO at even 200mg is great. More endurance, less lactic acid, better pumps, good energy. I’m sold on it. It does make you sweat!

More info of Stampede please ?

Just an injectable blend of L-Carnitine, ATP, and a very low dose of AMP. For research purposes only - you’re only going to see something like this sold for competitive horse racing.

My race horse notices a bit more endurance using it preWO.

That feeling when you're on the same level as a race horse.... mmmmmhhhmmmmm

@DieselNY sure cranks out some tasty protein powders.

Nice score!! Did you get the updated sampler kit with cold brew coffee? Actually now that I see your photo, that's the zero carb sampler. The cold brew coffee is in the Iso-Whey sampler. PM me your email on file at KetoShop.com and if you want to try it I'll send you a pack next week when I get my personal stash. Invalid Link Removed

2” grip DB handles from Gorilla Strength Equipment in KY. $70 shipped for the pair!

Guy will make them shorter or longer as well. Sounds like he will fabricate axle bars or whatever you want, in case you are looking to beef your home gym up.

Man those are exactly what I needed to add to my gym. Just placed an order after talking to the owner on the phone first (very good dude by the way). Always appreciate your gear recommendations.

Jealous! Digging the pair on the bottom.

Yes, I like them also!

Just reading that letter make me think, this is a company I would like to do business with.

Used them today, took them up to 105/hand for some neutral grip bench volume and they felt awesome. Zero regrets!

Hell ya man! I’m happy you posted those and was able to get an order in. I’m sure they’ll last forever.

Nice! That's 105 plus awkward to lift I'm sure so makes it even more impressive.

This thing is beefy 🤘🤘. Stocking up on gear for my “comeback” that is rapidly approaching. Invalid Link Removed

Nice! I'm jealous. I may have to pick that up as a new accessory for my home gym!

Heard about BPc 157 on Rogan. Very interested to help with my elbow pain.

Have many on here used it? Anyone in Canada?

Of course. It’s been used for years now to help deal with acute injuries.

You don’t want to use it chronically/basally - it’s something you run a course of to heal faster or help address a nagging issue.

You also want to be addressing the issue with things like rehab exercises, removing the cause of the issue, or resting the area. It’s an amino acid sequence, not magic.

Love these brands not only because they’re board sponsors but because their products actually work. Had to pick these all up and try and lean out even more.

With the current b-AET shortage, lot of folks gonna be jealous of that Invictus! Our last batch of material failed incoming inspection and we don’t know how quickly the lab can have another batch made - it’s custom made for us

Time to pick some more up lol

Let us know how you like the Blue Hawaiian flavor!

Flavor was good 8/10 but effects were 10/10 for me. Hard to flavor some of the ingredients but @delsolrob did a great job on this one. Little spice from the GOP but overall good. Also a little review below from another post-

Let me just say that if you’re looking for a clean stim feel that still packs a punch, has amazing endurance properties, fat burning properties, and zero crash then I highly recommend all out sweat edition.

Felt amazing and had zero crash. A big indicator of “feel good” properties is when I’m bobbing to music in between sets and I was doing that and more . I’m sure the regular edition will just provide more pump and endurance which I’ll try when I’m done cutting. Highly recommend. 10/10 imo.

Titan Squat Safety Bar V2 showed up yesterday - broke it in tonight, and it was worth the wait for the back order & the price tag! This bar is solid as a rock at 61lbs with an excellent pad, coating and handles.

Perfect clone of the EFS Yoke bar, except chrome plated for corrosion-resistance & Olympic sleeves for regular clamps.

Nice addition to the home gym for sure!

I really try to get used equipment of quality products whenever possible, but there are not many manufacturers of quality SSBs and finding a used one locally wasn’t happening. Rogue’s for example is 30% more and it’s actually terrible to use (almost no padding, which isn’t cute when you go to lift maximum effort).

If you have never used one, this bar is great as it forces you to learn to keep your chest up, hits the quads harder, unloads the shoulders if you need extra recovery there to push your pressing harder or wanted to squat more frequently, and is a godsend for folks with bad shoulders or poor mobility (we have 2 friends that can only squat with this bar after years of damage).

Also awesome for good mornings or lunges/split squats because it’s much easier to keep the weight on your shoulders and focus more on the lifting.

I use one of these because my shoulders won't let be grab a bar for squats !!
